The front desk staff jason was very helpful with helping make sure our needs we're met under the strange circumstances, including needing the room we had for the fire fighter's.. we had to pay for a higher priced room. We also had our own emergencies to contend with.

Kids and care free parents don’t mix well with considerate guests

Our stay was comfortable and welcoming. My dog was welcomed as well. The only problem we had was we stayed for a week and randomly on the next last day our room was not serviced. The garbage wasn’t dumped and no clean towels

I loved the jetted bathtub but surprised when I saw an unexpected charge on my credit card for $250! No receipt was emailed or texted and I don’t have an explanation still?! I hope this will be corrected once they see the dispute. Receipts should be emailed or texted automatically as other hotels I stay at always are.

One of the cleanest hotels I have been in. The staff was friendly and made check in/out easy. We only stayed one night but if we go back to the area I would stay there again.

Best hotel in Prineville. Only wish they had EV charging on site.

Nice place to stay. We stayed for only one night. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Recommend.

Overall a great location and comfortable room. Pool was great, staff was ok but a little “tired”, breakfast was totally adequate but nothing great. Would stay again.

Adequate but expensive for what your get

We love that the pool is open late, and that they always have cookies. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is great. Our only complaint is the nightlight that is built in to the outlet by the sink. It shines all night, and there is no way to turn it off. Please fix this!

When we checked in our room had poop finger painting on the walls in the bathroom. The front desk came and cleaned it up.

This was our third stay at Country Inn & Suites. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.
