I rented a motorbike through the hotel, an old motorbike for 180k/day. The motorbike had a flat tire and they did not support the customer. When I told the hotel to change the motorbike, they said there was no motorbike left to change, so I rented another motorbike and after a while, the motorbike rental company sent another motorbike to ask me to change. I rented it until I returned it for half a day but they still charged me for 1 day, saying it was not counted as a half-day rental.

The room is quite spacious but old, convenient to go to the beach or nearby, no smart TV. Especially the RECEPTIONIST (in the morning) is very UNPLEASANT, not wanting the guests to have a good experience or something. I have never been to a hotel where at 12:02 pm the guest did not come down to check out but called and said "It's time to check out, please check out" while from the day of booking until the check-in was more than 2 hours late, there was no call at all.
