This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Black mold in the room, everything was rusty, the building itself was crumbling. We stayed one night then called hotels.com to complain. They were able to get our money back, since the hotel refused to refund the money. I would never ever stay here again. I think a sleeping bag on the beach would have been better. Did I mention the insects crawling in the bed? Yuk

There was a bit or a misunderstanding about my room when i got there. The room they gave me wasn't the one i booked but did the job. Only complaint was to close to the road and could hear everything downstairs. Some staff was very helpful could not fault them, if i had a problem they was very friendly and helped where they could. Over all the hotel was good and i might be booking again next year

A little far from main actions but it is less expensive,clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with variety of foods. I used Uber to go around easily.

My stay was really good. The hotel staff at the reception spoke good english to help me with things. They helped me to book guided tours in and around Salvador and arranged me a very trustworthy taxi driver when I was in need. They directed me to the place where they sell the best Acaraja so that I can have a real taste of Bahia. I really had a good time there.

Da recepção a limpeza é tudo de uma exelência perfeita neste hotel. Funcionários prestativos e educadíssimos, café da manhã com muitas opções e tudo muito gostoso. Desta vez, ficamos no oitavo andar, um silêncio maravilhoso. Quarto amplo e com acomodaçôes de malas, mesa com cadeira, poltrona e armários. Banheiro lindo e limpo. Perfeito. Não foi nossa primeira vez e com certeza voltaremos.

Gostei de tudo menos do wifi.

Banheiro mal limpo, não tinha toalhas, no quarto tinha apenas lençóis finos, interfone não funcionava

Hotel super bem localizado, bairro de ótimo nível, porém as instalações estavam com a conservação descuidada

Equipe mal educada e nada prestativa. Parece que vc está pedindo favor. Não fazem o mínimo esforço para atender o cliente. Café da manhã sem variedade. Pedi um ovo frito e até hoje aguardo. Ficamos em um apartamento de frente pro elevador que ficava bipando a madrugada toda, ficaram de ajeitar e nada. Em resumo... péssimo. Nunca mais me hospedarei lá

Tem barulho por causa do som do jardim botânico

Já fiquei hospedado neste hotel algumas vezes. Otima localização, tranquilo e seguro, restourantes e bares bem proximo, menos de 200 metros, podendo ir andando tranquilamente. Cama boa, café da manhã excelente.

Incrível, quarto perfeito, funcionários solicitos e atentos,café da manhã maravilhoso.

Falta organização com a abertura dos portões da garagem, tivemos dificuldade em sair e retornar para a garagem subterrânea. A recepção foi excelente.

Recomendo.
