Gråsten is a wonderful place with an inpressive royal garden and castle. The staff is friendly, called me after finding my laptop still in the room. They sent it to my home address with care and I will definitely come back!

There was a heavy smell in the room from the toilet. I tried to get in dialogue smith the staff in the eve but there were personal at night. In the morning the same. I didn’t sleep at all . Rang the manager in the morning but haven’ t heard back from them. My last stay there

Breakfast no good

There is a door squeaking very loudly at tve 1st floor just above the reception - very noisy

Vi har boet hos Jer i samme lejlighed mange gange. Vil sige at den trænger til et eftersyn. Stuk er ved at falde ned i stuen. Køkken mangler at blive opdateret med service og bestik.

Not what it used to be. I stayed here many times a few years back. The place used to have personality and service. The bedding was horrible, luckily I had my own in the car and brought it upstairs. The pillows where lousy beyond description. The light turns on stadium bright in the bathroom - very annoying when you want to go back to sleep at 4am. Very noisy from the street at night. No toiletries except hand soap/shampoo - all in all extremely stingy vibe. Breakfast was terribly boring and the coffee machine must be cleaned at least - the coffee was undrinkable. I will not come back, and now understand why my mother wondered why I had recommended the place to her. It’s simply not up to the mark- and finally they send waaay to many emails ahead of the stay for self check in…

Hotel uden personale, koldt og upersonligt

Central Gråsten and nice room. Only staff at the hotel was the cleaning/breakfast staff, but they were nice and helpfull.

Ingen personlig modtagelse. Svært at forstå. Talte med andre gæster som havde samme oplevelse. Virker meget slidt. TV/fjernbetjening passer ikke til tv. Ingen at kontakte. Havde en forventning om mulighed for at sidde et hyggeligt sted med en kop kaffe eller en øl.

The room was not clean. It was worn and the furniture was scruffy. The smoke alarm had been removed from the room. You could here people walking around in the other rooms and the noise from the street was very clear. The hall way smelled, was dirty and there were mold on the windows . The breakfast was terrible. The bread was uneatable.

Very nice, But if you have to be very comfortable with Electronics solutions.

Disappointed. Terrible place. Dirty and inconvenient.

Easy to find, parking was ok and close, unmanned reception, room was pretty basic - but clean. Basic breakfast but ok selection.

Super beliggenhed, charmerende måde at bruge et gammelt rådhus på. Havde værelse med lille hyggelig terrasse. Kaffemaskine på gangen er et meget stort plus. Morgennaden er ikke overdådig, men fungerer. Rimeligt udvalg af tv kanaler.

This hotel cannot be used in the winter (nov-mar) - everything very cold - bathroom icecold floor. Beds stone hard. no reception. Seems to be a hostel more than a hotel. Breakfast very very limited and no milk. Rooms are in general poor comdition. But there is free parking.

Noise from street and other guests

the room was cold, it was not so good

Had to find another hotel after arriving late night. Huge noises (fireworks/shot guns) started and scared the hell out of us. Other guests started calling the police, they thought the sound came from within. Also, the room Frederik smelled like pee, all windows were open, not a good sign. It was also difficult to find our rooms and it felt like we were in a scary area of town.
