A Hotel to Avoid This hotel was a complete disaster, with dirty rooms infested with ants and spider webs, a bathroom that reeked of a foul smell from the faucet, and a parking lot overrun with large rats. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful when I reported these issues, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of it.

Typical IBIS cheap and cheerful. However, people were snooping around at night going through things on my motorbike in the car park.

Stayed here as an overnight stop before flying from Geneva. I've used Ibis budget before hence staying here, wasnt expecting the Ritz but clean would be nice. Room was on the ground floor and smelt terribly of smoke as if the previous occupant had chain smoked out the window. Have a feeling is common practice as the moment you enter the ground floor corridor it can be smelt and burn marks inside the washroom. Slept with the window open all night but could still smell in the morning. Rooms could do with an update.

Not our first time staying in any type of Ibis brand 3 time in à Ibis Budget. But never experience such a place It is falling apart As you walk in there is such an awfull smell and it looks run down the man at reception was very pleasant . As we walk to our rooms it was a disaster smell of humidity and old wood and the cigarette smell We walk in our room and the non smoking policy never applied before. The AC turn on was not even covering the entire smell of cigarette ot the damp door of the walls. Walk in a bathroom that was so old and stains all over of this yellow Color The many stains and holes on wall were not pleasant . This particular hotel is in a busy double lane accès non friendly for us as we took transit . I dint understand how this place can hold the Accord name brand . When u fall asleep and you wake up coughing it is not. Avoid sign Why is Hotels.com selling this hotel in particular

We have only stayed one night but, overall was ok for 1 night but the room was old and rusty in the bathroom. Not the cleanest but passable. Quite small ,but again for 1 night cant comaplain too much. Parking is a bonus as it was free parking and free wi fi

Room was clean and worked fine, but be aware that the rooms (at least the one I stayed in) are very small. The location is busy urban business/residential.

The cleaning ladies were great, friendly and extremely helpful. We went there to escape the high cost of Geneva being neighbors . Nothing else to say.

Great stay, professional and efficient and great location

Hard to approach, sort of an industrial area. Limited parking.

The exterior is not in good condition. There was garbage strewn around and it wasn't pleasant to look at. The location isn't convenient to restaurants or walking. The clerk left a lot to be desired regarding customer service he quickly became irritated with requests for hot water and air conditioning. We were unable to cool the room down because the air conditioner had been turned off for the season. The pillows were very flat but the bed itself was comfortable and the WiFi worked.

Hotel is fine, small room but clean. Its okay for a short stay or to save money.

Far to isolated unless you have a car. Took taxi to cornavin station, said 49 euro but charged us 70 euro!

Standard Ibis Budget as expected. Close to supermarket so convenient. Good parking, use code to get in at night. Small room, same as other ibis budgets, but clean. Shower curtain instead of screen. Used as a stop over on way to Italy as a place to sleep only.

The ad was misleading. No point in staying there if you wish to visit Geneva. It's very far from Geneva and located away from market. Stay there only if you have your own vehicle.
