This is really an apartment, not what I would call an aparthotel. The apartment is new and nice, but the lack of AC is a significant drawback during hot days. There plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The part that we didn’t like was the less than perfect communication for non-Polish speakers. I recommend the owners to provide clear instructions on how to enter the building and the apartment (the menu at the interfon is only in Polish). The instructions should also make it cleat that garbage won’t be taken out, etc. All in all, the experience can be good, if the communication is improved.

Members of staff were so friendly and going extra mile to ensure we have everything we need. Our apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The apartment is kid friendly (we travelled with two small children) and a cot was provided. Excellent location, plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from, 5 minutes walk to metro, trams and busws. Thank you for everything, we would love to stay with you again :)

New condition. Modern.

Nous devions avoir accès à un balcon alors que ce n’était pas le cas, oui une porte patio mais aucun espace à l’extérieur. Tout le reste était très bien.

The apartment was great. It was also very close to lots of public transportation. It was easy to get free parking with the complex.

The reception desk was easy to work with. Parking garage was a little confusing as we did not get instruction on how to exit the garage after parking.

The dishwasher and stove were not working, after the complain the reception responded there is nothing they can do about it (maybe offer change of apartment? Or informing service team? Or offer a discount?) Very disappointing, clearly the next guest checking in will have broken appliances as well...

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. It was completely outfitted with everything a traveler could need, plus it was in a great location. The apartment itself was in a mixed-use area close to the central train station. It had plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, but it was off the beaten path so it was peaceful and quiet. What a find!

I payed prtection policy to cancel ,,and hotel charged me $75 inspite my protection policy ,and fact that I did not stay there

The apartment was brand new and very modern and also very clean. Walking distance it public transport. Little bit hard to find the reception but everything was great

Great spacious apartment close to transport, shops, restaurants and within walking distance to main attractions if you are happy to walk more than five minutes. We are and enjoyed the streets on the way. Well equippped, comfortable and two toilets and separate rooms makes it ideal for families. Yes - we would stay there again.

New development, so small, but organized. Nothing much in the area, but only a short walk to either downtown (2km), or the old town (3km). Email'd directions took me to the office, without getting lost. Given equally good directions to the apartment. Great motorcycle parking near the front door. Small supermarket, pizza and a steak/burger restaurant nearby. Bad odour in the bathroom (just keep the door shut), and curtains that did not blackout the windows, were the only negatives.

Apartments are very nice and comfortable. I would stay there more often and recommend to my friends

All apliances available new and clean. Definitely if I am in Warsaw next time I will stay in this property. Good underground parking.The only minus I would put for the fact that you are to get keys in other location.

Very tidy, newly and comfortable. The hotel staff gave me an uber taxi after check in.

Good for local shops & restaurants ... old town quite a distance away so use tram 22 to centrum then walk short distance .. taxi about 20zlt for return ... always fun to explore & find your way about!!!
