The room was excellent, clean and spacious no 8ssues what as ever. But the most expectional value is with the staff and Management. This is our second time staying at 4 Sisters and the customer service was every bit as good as our first stay. Jenny at Reception was super friendly and the Owner Irene was extremely helpful. Great people!

Very beautiful hotel with four cottages, lovely environment, and wonderful settings. Not in the busy main street but have shuttles to the main street, so very quiet but convenient. Breakfast is fantastic, they even offer welcome ice-cream. Highly recommended!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Owner was there greeting and chatting with guests during breakfast. Beach was across the road from the hotel and they provide free shuttle for guests to the night market.

The pictures Expedia showed when I was booking do not match the room the double room I booked, there was no desk and it was dark room, they blame Expedia but I don’t know the details. They changed it later but I was tired from long trip so it didn’t feel good. The buffet range is narrow on weekdays, only Sunday was better in terms of food options. If you don’t have a Taiwan phone or don’t want to use credit card info with YouBike app then you cannot rent a bicycle so I mainly walked to see around. One day is just enough if you want to explore around but overall I won’t recommend longer even you plan to do remote work since restaurants and food options are scarce too. Staff was kind but the hotel was not exceptionally good as ratings say in my opinion, the shampoo or soap was not that good and cleanliness can be improved. So in summary given the just normal level of leisure I experienced, the price of booking was over expensive.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room was first class and the internal facilities at the hotel were really great. Externally the hotel looked a little drab and rundown but that just gave the wrong impression to our actual experience. Staff went out of their way to help. Breakfast was top quality and in a lovely setting. Proximity to the beach was good.

Staff friendly and helpful: they offered shuttle service on demand and were quick to respond to any requests. Rooms have cool vibe, very clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent and presented in a remarkably charming setting, accompanied by pleasant jazz standards sung by Billie Holiday. This was a delightful stay; highly recommended.

It’s my second time to stay in the Four Sisters villa hostel, yet an amazing experience over my expectation again! Romantic, cozy, clean and quiet! I will definitely recommend and stay in this hostel again next time when I have the vacation in Kenting!

The staff provides an excellent service, the rooms are clean and facilities are beautiful. I would highly recommend this place. The only downside is that the beach is not easily accessible. It’s 15 min walking, but there are no sidewalks from the hotel to the beach, the only way to walk on the highway, which is obviously dangerous.

A very relaxing and quiet villa. The dining area is very nice. Breakfast selection is great & delish, love the soothing music. The staff are very warmth and friendly.

This place is honestly overrated. I believe the reason is because near by the area not too much new facilities w built houses. The 4 persons room is specious but right next to the front desk which is not the best for privacy. Staff is not as polite as expected although ppl rated five star.

I thought I have more choice on the room style selection as it states different custom room with the same price tag. But seems there is no choice when I check in. Also, dry flower in the room creates lots of bugs. Luckily the staff is very good and offer room change for us. The restaurant is amazing. Food is ok but the decorations is very very nice

There aren't times where the picture online would match exactly the same as the real thing. I have to say this hotel surprised me with exactly the same features of the pictures on the web and matches my expectations with what I have booked. I had a blast staying here, made my birthday even more memorable. This is definitely a highly recommended hotel that people should stay. I'm definitely coming back here. Plus, the owners are all very down to earth, very nice and helpful.
