I would like to say that my stay was very nice! You need better instructions on where to pick up the key and the location! The area were this apartment is located is amazing. There’s so many places to go and travel and walk around. It’s near the mall it’s walking distance to town. I felt safe because there was security downstairs. It was a great stay just a few issues. Other than that I would stay here again. Next time I want a balcony I stayed in the apartment with the red kitchen, and that was all accommodating. I wanted to say the mattress on the floor it’s literally on the ground is not a good place to sleep that is not a comfortable mattress and it’s impossible for me to get up from almost the ground. People have disabilities and it’s impossible to get up from ground! I did not sleep on that bed because it was not comfortable! Please change the design of the bed! The mattress should not be on the floor.

Great place great location

The property was spacious but lacked simple things like a tea towel, coffee mackine, oven tray. One of the towels were torn, no plug in kichen sink meant washing up was wasteful.

The property was very well kept clean and comfortable. We had just little problem with the excess code as the buttons were not functioning properly. The only problem was the air con was outside the bedroom so we had to leave the door open to make it cool. The reception we could not find but they replied prompt to the queries. So it was good as we stayed short period. I would rate it good.

クラクフ中央駅（駅にショッピングモールがあり、カルフールも入っていました）から近く、とても便利でした。 少し古い感じはありますが、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、エアコン、バスタブがあり快適に過ごせました。 4泊したので、バスタオルは２セット置いて欲しかったです（洗濯しても乾かないので）。掃除機も置いて欲しいと思いました。 何か問題があっても、すぐに返信がくるので安心です。

Hello, I think the hotel and place are incredibly good. I really liked the fact that it was so close to the train station and the old town. I am on a special dietary level, so I was so happy that I could cook for myself. The washing machine is very handy too.The only thing which I would suggest is the cleaning situation... definitely if someone stays there for more than 3 days - the bath towel should be changed .. and we didn't know what to do with a full bin bag .. I would definitely recommend the place !! BR Sylvia

Det var 2 gode værelser med alt det man skal bruge. Indtjeningen var lidt svær da det var umuligt at finde en parkeringsplads. Samt at receptionen var ét andet sted end der stod. Hotellet burde anbefale at man lejer plads i parkeringskælderen,hvilket vi også gjorde. Men ét dejligt sted med god plads,dog var sengen ikke for god.stedet ligger centralt i Krakow så kun ros herfra.

We reached out to the property to see if we could leave our stuff with them before check in and they were very accommodating. The apartment was located across the street from the train main station which was very convenient. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the main square which wasn't bad. The main station had a full mall attached to it so you had access to stores if you needed and there was a small grocery store nearby. There were also places to get food around the property although it was mostly "fast food" type. It was very safe with a security gate and on-site security in the building. The apartment itself had everything you could need. A washer and drying rack, a dishwasher, a fan, iron and ironing board, as well as the usual kitchen items. Overall, great stay.

Perfect location, big room, had everything we needed!

The apartment was big with large balcony. It has all necessary items for cooking etc. The apartment lacks decor to make it cozy. Location is excelent with a bar downstairs and a convenience store

Good apartments located about 14 minutes walking from main square and old town. They have a water, coffee, tea available for customers. Good communication with reception. Good contactless check in and check out.

The madrasses was not really bad.

The location is good. Staff are helpful. The property is basic but enough for our purpose. The only issue is the mattress is too soft.

Modern aparhotel with elevator! Galeria Krakowska Shopping Center is a few steps away. Old town walkable. Love the location.

We had a great stay at Turnau City Aparthotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for a short city break. The location was convenient, close to shops, transport, and local attractions. Check-in was a bit tricky at first since there’s no front desk when you arrive, but the staff were very responsive. They replied to emails promptly and were just a phone call away whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Once we got settled in, everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our stay. A solid choice for anyone looking for a cozy, self-contained stay in the city!

Great location, good communication for remote access. Mattresses were thin and hard, so if you like a firmer place to sleep, then this is your location. I would not oppose returning here.

really nice room and good location. We only needed the curtains to be fully drawn, so it was dark. An extra bedside table and a couple of bedside lamps would be good. A little more cutlery would be desirable. But all in all a good experience and nice with the underground parking.

Bed was very uncomfortable. There were stains on the bed sheet. The toilet seat had hair on it and was not clean
