Wish they provide with more towels and bigger blanket .cold and not comfortable

Really nice hotel, we arrived before the high season, but was still busy the hotel is full of activities al if you looking for chill quite time then this is not the place for you.

The hotel premises were satisfactory. However, most of the staff spoke only Russian. It was interesting to watch them attempt to understand and speak English.

The staff at front desk was not friendly and spoke very little English. The pics of the rooms on website is deceiving as the room sizes are very small. Food quality was mediocre. The staff at the restaurant was not friendly and accommodating. The resort was clean overall with access to the beach. The room was not quiet, even at night time. There was loud music overnight until midnight to the point that we weren't able to sleep even with earplugs. Called the front desk to address the noise issue, staff was not nice and replied as we have no control over the noise. All of the above let us to check out and leave earlier than scheduled. I will never return to this resort again.

Best hotel I have been to

Front desk reception was very rood especially there were a guy that didnt help with any thing we asked him how can we get tour from hotel he told us he doesn’t know how. Even he didnt tell anything ghat where can we get the tour he didnt help at all. And also the day we arrived we tip the other guy that was helping us to bring our luggage in the room he gave it back and told us that tip is not enough and this is look like u tip a kid so i dont want it after that we had to tip him more that i think this is not professional at all. You need to work on your staff that how great a guest we dont come there for free that you guys treat your guests like that we pay money

Good hotel. Overall everything has been ehat we expected. Will visit again and hopefully they will do something about the beach as it is half sand and half rocks and not very even.

Amazing services, good foods, friendly staff, and overall great place for a vacation

It was excellent food mostly good especially dinner Lunch is not very good but some days was good Drinks so good but alcohol i feel it doesn't work on me maybe not good quality dont know But overall was good stay

No conditioners everywhere except room. Horrible hot 109 F and no conditioner in the building. Stuff not help at all. Not let bring food to room. All inclusive resort but when ask bring burgers for kids to room they charge $90 they took just these burgers from buffet where everything free.

Staff very helpful, top class! Good entertainment! Beds get changed every day. Internet rubbish (128Kb/s) couldn’t upload any photo! There is an option to upgrade to SUPER FAST internet (6Mb/s) for an extra €3 a day PER DEVICE!!! If you have family of 4, that comes to €170 for a fortnight!!!

Zimmer mit Whirlpool in Ordnung. Getränke- und Essensauswahl Standard (nichts außergewöhnliches), gutes Bestellkonzept über QR-Code, Personal allerdings überfordert bzw. nicht ausreichend „geschult“, teilweise hat man den Eindruck, dass das Personal gestern eingestellt wurde und sich noch nicht wirklich auskennt. Insgesamt gute Anlage für Familien.

Sidera Premium er et lækkert all inclusive hotel. Der er pool og strand, samt indendørs faciliteter bl.a pool, fitness og spa. Der er flere restauranter på områder, hvorfor man ikke går sulten herfra. Hotellet og værelserne er meget rene og fine. Det lokale område er dog mindre spændende og det kan anbefales at have en bil eller tage de små busser på tur. Vi har haft et dejligt ophold her, endnu en gang - 1000 tak.

Mooi, schoon, vriendelijke personeel. Animatie team was geweldig vooral dhr. Turabi.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Haben uns 6 Tage sehr wohl erholt und die Zeit genossen. Ein sehr familienfreundliches Hotel mit hoher Hygienestandards. Auch das Essen hat uns geschmacklich sehr gefallen, es war auf jeden Fall nicht eintönig. Es gibt auch kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Hotel, sowie einen Friseur. Personal ist auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
