We stayed with our 2 grandkids ages 6 &7. The breakfast was good and the kids loved the pool. We made sure that the kids behaved and didn’t slash or be loud if others were in the pool area. We don’t get to spend time in the Spa area but it definitely looked great. We walked to a local bakery for a snack after swimming, and grabbed other essentials from Aldi right down the street. Definitely would recommend and stay here again. The room size was spacious.

The pillows were so flat and not great at all. The Sauna only had warnings in German and my husband burned his hand due to this. Anything that isn’t important was in English. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The place is always top-notch. Everything it clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The wifi was spotty at times, but this is typical in a lot of German hotels. Other than that, a great option if you're in the area.

This hotel was a delight! It was spotless! Thank You! Our room was gorgeous! Appreciated! Awesome bedding, wonderful shower, they even had wash cloths, don't find that item in European hotels often. Thank You! Free parking completely appreciated! (Just my opinion, but because I drove to your hotel, why do I get punished by having to pay park at your hotel?) The spa / pool area was fantastic and clean. Open till 2200, super bonus! Thank You! Our only disappointment was the Restaurant! We were not impressed!

The service was excellent, from both the front desk and restaurant. I didn’t meet anyone from housekeeping, but the room was clean and seemed well taken care of. My only complaints are that the “bed” was actually two small mattresses pushed together, and that they did not provide any shampoo (only a combination shampoo/body/hand soap).

The rooms were very quite and peaceful, the large soaking bathtub in the room amazing and everyone was very nice.

This place has everything- a great restaurant, super clean spa, great breakfast, the rooms are spacious and modern. The only minor complaint is I’d like to have a refrigerator In the room, but that’s just my preference. I’d stay there again without question.

The hotel is simply stunning. The staff are lovely and super helpful. The hotel is fairly new and ultramodern with lively spacious rooms with a really usable balcony. The hotel facilities are excellent and especially the pool is spectacular. The area around Erbendorf is very hilly and quiet - truly a fantastic destination for hiking and cycling
