The owner is friendly and nice, all stuff was welcomed us. The room was new, clean, compy bad and nice shower, BUT- it is a basement room so high windows, low ceiling and NO VIEW at all. this was a big disappointment after staying at places with amazing mountain views near by... breakfast was fine, but again its is disappointing not to have fresh eggs, fresh coffee and fresh juice. after a stay at local places with fresh and home made breakfast it is a downgrade.

A great stay at Pension Patricia. The owner was very friendly, the room was perfect - super clean and a nice mix of modern fittings with traditional style. Location was ideal - close to everything but also quite quiet. Also the Tourist Summer Card is a major advantage of staying here - it saved us over EUR100 on the first day alone, as we used it for free lift passes.

We stayed here on the way to Switzerland and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was, the hosts were extremely friendly and the place was spotlessly clean, the interior had been completely remodeled and it was very modern. There were a few parking spots in front of the property and it's not far walk to the town centre. We stayed during summer season and would love to come back again in winter!

We are so glad we chose to stay at Pension Patricia. The house has modern rooms, its clean and warm. There is good breakfast with a coffee machine that stays on all day. The Area is really lovely, with wonderful views of the Kitzsteinhorn mountains. There is a good bus service and shops and restaurants are within 10 mins walk. The breakfast room has a TV showing live footage of the mountains (to inform the skiers of the conditions) The best thing about Pension Patricia are the Hosts, Oliver and Mercy and their beautiful children. They were warm, welcoming, helpful and sincere. They did their upmost to ensure all guests were attended to. Oliver can provide a taxi transfer to the airport (we flew into Salzburg, check with him for price - it is 1.5 hrs driving one way)

Amazing! Host and owner, Oliver made us feel so welcome. The place stylish, charming and spotless. There is so much to do in the area and the $ includes a card that gets you into many attractions for free.

Lovely little house with a modern rooms. Nice view and very clean. The breakfast is basic, but the hosts are very nice. The area is great and most things can be reached on foot.

We had a pleasant stay at Pension Patricia. The owner, Oliver, was very welcoming and a good host. The room was warm and comfortable, with a ski equipment store room in the basement. The hotel was located on a quiet street within walking distance of ski rental shops and beginner ski slopes. Well recommended.

Doing a Europe trip with my son. We decided to stop in Kaprun Austria and we found the Penision Patricia. We originally booked for one night and decided to stay an additional night because of all the close in activities. The local ski resort waterfalls restaurants and spa were fantastic. Mercy and Oliver were fantastic hosts. Plus their 4 little girls were adorable! This would be a great place to stay during the winter months for some great skiing. The ski resort is less than 15 minutes away. After a hard day of skiing you can look forward to the local spy house and then after any of the great restaurants in town. The people are all very friendly!!
