The honeymoon suite was very private, spacious and comfortable with a great view over Tsilivi out to sea with Kefalonia island in the distance. The sunsets were beautiful. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The private infinity pool was amazing and still warm in mid-September! The room was very clean and well appointed with a large comfy bed. We really loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!

Great stay on a beautiful island - would recommend

Wow this place is amazing! The space is beautiful, we had a private pool with a view of the ocean and loved every minute of it. The people running the hotel are so thoughtful and make it unbelievably nice. Vicky in particular gave us consent delicious recommendations that did not miss! We had some of the best food in Greece thanks to her! There is every amenity you could want in the hotel and they will drive you up and down the hill to the town which has tons of cute restaurants and shops and some really good dessert spots. And anything you need, you can request through their app, it's so convenient and easy! And at night really it's so relaxing and beautiful, you won't regret staying here.

Excellent property with great amenities and access to a sister property adjacent to the hotel. The breakfasts were excellent and our private pool on the back deck were highlights.

This property made a very special chapter of my life unforgettable! After 6 months of researching, me and my NOW fiancee decided to book our 2 night stay at this beautiful property. As 2 people how have never travel to Greece before it was very difficult for us to find the right place and this location stood out because of the amazing reputation and let me tell you it hold up! About a month before our schedule stay I was in contact with one of thier well spoken concierge Mavra. I simply sent an email letting the team know i was going to be proposing during our stay and was messaged within 24 hour on WhatsApp. Mavra was not only super helpful but excited to help! She helped me some up with a creative plan and spent time speaking with me over the phone even after hours given our 8 hour time difference. I got personalize picture sent me me and pricing provided before we even arrived. Once we got there I was blown away by the hospital and friendly staff. I will also say this was no small accomplishment as me and my partner are both upper level managers for a luxury brand that specialize is hospitality and clients care. We were greeted by valet, he took our bags and parked our vehicle. We were then introduced to the manager and reception staff whom were incredibly welcoming. We then received freshing ice cold hand towels infused with oils to which we were then served our welcome beverages. We received multiple surpises and then rest of our stay continued this way with no issues

Beautiful property & in a central location. Our room was beautiful with the pool & deck out front. The main pool was very nice to swim in at night. We ate at the property restaurant Cava for dinner & the food was excellent. Breakfast was phenomenal with a huge spread & loved that the hot items were all made to order. We loved the Greek Omelettes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

"My overall experience with the property was fantastic. The service was among the best we've had recently, with attentive staff who really stood out. The location was decent, and I especially loved having access to a plunge pool right outside my room. All in all, it was a great stay.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. The staff are friendly; nothing is ever too much trouble. You will never have a lift a finger. My husband and I stayed for a milestone anniversary and the team made this stay incredibly special. - Amazing breakfast (really special) from 8am. Food can be cooked to order and there is a buffet serving greek options - you can have both. Plus you can help yourself to prosecco and different flavoured water. - Exceptional restaurant serving local cuisine onsite open from 7:00pm. - Early breakfast available if you need it (we had to leave for a tour at 7:15 on our first morning) we pre-ordered the night we arrived and it was ready for when we got to the restaurant. - Lovely pool bar with "snack menu" serving more casual full meals for when the restaurant is closed during the day - Twice daily housekeeping - Pool towels changed without you asking - Room service available to match the restaurant or bar menu (depending on the time). - we had a swim up suite; this was a huge luxury for us; when you step outside your room, there is a pool deck leading to a shared infinity pool. This pool is shared with only a few other rooms so it feels very private and romantic. - I will praise the staff again. Each member of staff greets you warmly, I even had recommendations for what to try from the buffet breakfast. The team really does go out of their way to make your stay as hassle free as possible. They tell you how everything works. Its the smoothest service

When arriving to the hotel, the staff were really nice and welcoming, even the complementary drink was very refreshing! If we had any concerns to contact them or needed any extra help with our room to call them. The view of our balcony room was spectacular and pool area was relaxing.

Wonderful private pool overlooking a beautiful scenery. Staff were attentive and friendly. Full sized toiletries were provided and towels changed twice a day. Would definitely recommend.
