Perfect kid friendly hotel with plenty of dining options and great facilities. Waterpark was 10/10

Lovely hotel, great amenities. However very big language barrier which made it difficult to arrange anything during our stay so just something for any English speaking people to keep in mind and be aware of

well the property was excellenet no doubt, but the air condition in the room was a bit of a disappointment, I told their staff in the guest relations thrice but all effort in waste, he did not even do anything, but their guest manager was very nice and freindly, we were vegetarian and not much option was available, but their guest manager introduced us to their head chef and he personally made us some really nice vegetarian food, that was much appreciated. Their ala carte restaurant is not much of any good, must improve for a 5 star property.

Un bon hotel familial, on a passé un tres bon sejour, avec aqua park et luna park sur place c'est très bie, plusieurs restaurants sur place, y'en a un meme un qui est ouvert 24h/7j. Avec une bonne animation le soir.

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 kleinen Kindern für 11 Tage da. Es ist ein großes und schönes Hotel. Es bietet viel und das Personal ist sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Für die Kids sind sehr viele schöne Sachen vorhanden. Miniclub mit einer guten Ausstattung und viel Raum. Der Piratenrutschpark ausreichend groß und man hat dennoch einen guten Überblick. 2 weitere Aquaparks sind für klein und Groß. Es gibt genug Möglichkeiten den Magen zu füllen und auch den Durst zu stillen. Abend ist auch ein Hoteleigener kleiner Kirmespark mit Attraktionen wie Autoscooter Mini Achterbahn und weiteres, kostenlos zu nutzen. Was aus meiner persönlichen Sicht auch noch gut gewesen wäre, das die Kellner im Restaurant oder auch an den Pools etwas mehr auf die Gäste zugehen würden. Das Personal hat viel mit sauber machen zu tun, da viele Gäste es nicht für nötig halten, den Platz sauber zurück zu lassen. Dafür wäre es umso schöner gewesen, sich etwas angenehm bedienen zu lassen bei den Getränken. Gerade wenn man 3 Kinder gleichzeitig im Auge behalten muss. In der ersten Woche war das Platzangebot im Restaurant noch sehr angenehm, sodass man zügig einen Tisch bekommen hat. Doch in der 2. Woche überfüllt. Sonst war kein bis kaum Kontakt zum Animationteam. Die konnte man eigentlich quasi nur zu den Showzeiten sehen. Bis zum 5. Tag wussten wir nicht einmal, dass es ein Animationsteam gibt. Animation und Motivation zu Aktivitäten hat uns in diesem Hotel ehrlich gesagt gefehlt.

Exellent vacation. Great pool area, good beach, variety of food was wide, service was good and shows we watched (2 night) were professional. Also blenders in bar were brand label such as some beverages and not local. Overall nothing to complain. Traveling with 8yrd old.

The positive experience we had during our stay here is that the staff were really polite and helpful. Damla, at the lobby is very professional. The other greatness is the hotel being right next to the beach. Also, the pool bar cocktails were really good. We recommend Ms. Sena´s cocktails at the pool bar, she makes them with passion. However, we won´t revisit due to our negative experiences. Firstly, we have encountered sunbed wars every day at the pool even though the staff solved it quickly.. Even we had to confront the pool chef why he removed our towels and toys and gave our seats to another family while we were eating lunch at the snack bar. Secondly, it could have been more charming if the hotel´s beach bag was free for everyone. I purchased it for 10 euros but the hotel does not earn anything from it since they have at least 1500 guests daily. Thirdly, we do not believe this hotel is a 9/10. We have stayed at 3 other hotels this year with similar quality and 2/3 of them reaches a higher quality even though their score were between 7 and 8. Our focus here has to do with the quality of the quests. At Selectum we have seen quests putting their bare feet on the tables at the lobby, wrestling aggressively by the pool and parents blaming the life guard when their kid is at the adult pool without using any form of water safety. The staff cant do anything about these kind of irresponsible behaviour since they get complaints. Be kind and responsible for everyones well-being
