Muslim female employee Very rude He looked cross-eyed and expressed dissatisfaction. And don't say anything. Not welcoming guests at all

1. Receptionist was not friendly and so arrogant. 2. Pressure pressure was very low. 3. Surrounding was very noisy. 4. Outside room very smelly (like someone fry fish) This is 1st and last I stay there. So upset.

I like because this hotel near by at shopping mall and near by garden.

I like location of this hotel..... but the room is not sound proof..... shock in the middle of nights when neighbor shut their door it was loud. Even I can hear the conversation from lower floor.

Very convenient and nearby to the amenities.

The hotel was very clean and near to shopping complex. Although the single room is a bit small but more than enough for 1 person. Only one problem is the parking. I suggest if the hotel could reserve a parking for the guest to drop their luggage.
