Awesome stay. The place is nice, big, cosy, clean. Apple TV, Netflix is available to entertain anybody. The General Manager is super friendly and helpful. He speaks English and is always willing to advise on anything.

Great location , right next to the bus stop , skiing resort is just opposite !

I wish I could give them 10 stars for the warm hospitality! Gerald was amazing and accommodative towards our traveling needs especially for 3 ladies without transport. He have shown us the best interest of places and yes, I will definitely choose them again if I were to visit furano again!

Amazing stay with fabulous hosts who were made all the efforts to welcome us and made sure we were well taken care of. On first night, our hosts even went to get the menu for us as we have two small children with us. Very considerate and kind. In addition, they upgraded us to a two bed room apartment. A very nice start to our holiday, a very big contrast to next few places we stayed in for the remaining of our holidays. Apartments were very clean and spacious, very homely. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back in the winter. Amazing view as well. Thank you very much.

Just beside the ski slope, and I rented my equipment from the shop beside. Hence, it is really convenient. What makes it better is that all the staff can converse well in English. The staff are so friendly you feel that they are friends! They even have vehicles to bring you to the slope at Prince hotel when Kitanomine zone is not open yet.

The apartment is well equipped in the kitchen and The staff is very helpful too.

Great location, wonderful staff. Property was spotless and very comfortable. We were caught in the Hokkaido quake but the staff did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as they could

The room was well furnished, but there were 3 of us staying in the same room (with the supplement for an additional person paid) and sofa bed was not very comfortable for the 3rd person. Otherwise, the room would be perfect for 2 persons to stay comfortably.

The water basin’s draining is very slow, the electric hob needs half an hour to cook an egg, and the toilet is smelly.

The room is cozy and suitable for family. Car park facility is also convenient. The manager is really warm and friendly.

Very good condition

We stayed at Furano Fresh Powder Apartments for 1 night and the experience was awesome! The place was very well-furnished and the General Manager - Ricky was super nice and helpful!! We were a group of 7 in May and it was a birthday and graduation trip. He surprised us by his heartfelt effort in preparing a greeting card and a little gift for our birthday boy and the little kid to congrats on her graduation. Ricky was also very helpful to help us call the restaurant to postpone our reservation as one of us was not feeling well. He also kept messaging us after we checked-out to see if we were doing well. We enjoyed our stay and we really like Furano and Hokkaido =)

Located in nice convenient area, apartment is homey, spacious, clean, and well equipped, contact person is experienced, nice and friendly.

Great location, very friendly staff and the studio we stayed in was very well equipped. Loved staying here and hope to visit again next year!
