The service was superb😍 Saya stayed for 2 nights and it was super comfy. I really appreciate the homestay admin that was super helpful, patient, and fast response. The room is nice, Wi-Fi is good, the hot water also👍 They even gave me egg as a complimentary not only coffee and tea😅 I really love the lobby and kitchen. It helps the guests to stay comfy while waiting time to check in. We can cook, make coffee and tea, reheat food, etc. Don’t worry if you cannot check in early and want to go out! They facilitate us with toilet so we can go shower and go out for a walk even though we are not checked in yet. You can keep your luggages at lobby, it is safe!!🥰 P.S.: Unfortunately, I didn’t take a lot pics of the homestay, I only take video huhu, but it was as same as the online pics.

I stayed in the Minimalism city view room on the 2nd floor - The room is large, spacious, clean with a large window but the view is facing the wall opposite the home so you can't see anything, if you just want to sleep, this room is fine, if you like a nice view, you should choose another room with a higher price - The home has a large, spacious living room, with a sofa and a thin blanket for guests to rest until check-in time (Sapa is very cold in the early morning, so having a warm blanket and soft mattress to rest is also very comfortable), the bathroom in the living room is also fragrant and clean - The automatic check-in and out system is also very convenient I recommend staying here everyone 🥰

It’s a self check in hostel, everything very digital. The room so clean!! But they don’t provide toothpaste and toothbrush

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time in Sapa and our stay in DHome of course :) We got free Vietnamese Bread for breakfast from the hotel too! It tasted so good! The location too! I love it, so close to Sapa City Center :) But here's a suggestion for hotel improvement: we were kind of confused and disappointed when we got back from travelling around Sapa City to our room in the evening because it turned out our room wasn't cleaned by the hotel staff. Please improve that part :) Overall, we were so happy staying in DHome Sapa :) Will recommend this accommodation to our friend! Thank you so much!

Can store your luggage at their lobby before check in & after check out. Also, have a toilet at their lobby. Contact the hotel first for your QR code to get in the hotel. Got 2 separate rooms for 4 people (2 persons each).

Staff hotel pelayanannya sangat ramah dan membantu waktu saya cek in agak pagi dan tempatnya seperti rumah sendiri yang bisa memakai peralatan dapur untuk memasak dan lain-lain, lokasinya dekat Stasiun Fansipan dan di depannya kalau malam suasana sangat ramai, banyak orang lagi perform.
