The experience was good overall. The hotel was a bit smaller than I originally thought. The restaurant was smaller, less choices but very clean . Front desk very nice and spoke English well enough. Overall it was good.

Booked an economy room as advertised on Expedia and was quite disappointed when actually taken to the room on arrival - it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The room décor was dated, holes in bedding, dirty curtains etc. The cleaning ladies were doing a great job but the room itself was far from what I expected. Hotel staff in general very helpful. Pool area was nice as well as the beach. Food - as expected in an all inclusive hotel of this category was not great, but there was always something to eat. The whole thing is geared towards Russians which make up about 85% of the guests. The animation team was fantastic - they did try to talk and engage with everyone, and even though the evening entertainment wasn't anything special they did work hard to make sure you're having fun.

Everything was good apart from room: it was noisy, you could hear people next door clearly. Also avoid booking room marked as economy, they are situated in noisy areas: Main Street, pool area etc.

Sämre standard än vad som framgår av text och bilder. Extremt liten pool och slitna solstolar på stranden. Wi-Fi, säkerhetsskåp och alkohol på stranden ingår inte. Maten var bra men väldigt enformig.

This is a really nice hotel in Oba. Food, staff and amenities are all good. If you plan to stay here and need internet then you need to either buy tourist sim or upgrade to their payed wifi. Free wifi does exist but it is unusable.

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Die Möglichkeit zu saunieren sowie der Fitnessraum sind super. Leider gab es Wlan nur in der Lobby. Wenn man im Zimmer surfen wollte, muss man extra bezahlen.

Hotelli erittäin siisti ja toimiva. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Pienet lapset ja muutaman kansalaisuuden aikuisetkin aiheuttivat pahoja meluongelmia niin yöllä kuin päivälläkin. Toivoisin hotellista tehtävän lapsivapaan ainakin talvikuukausien ajaksi. Mitään äänieristystä ei hotellissa ole.

Reinigungspersonal kam nicht jeden Tag zum Auffüllen....ansonsten alles hervorragend...Essen reichlich..abwechslungsreich und gut...Service alles super...Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend....

Helt greit hotell. Ligger sentralt til det meste. Mye barn som som foreldre ikke hadde kontroll på verken ved bassenget og i restauranten. Høy støynivå. Måltider middels. Vi hadde kun halvpensjon og spiste ofte andre steder.
