What I liked? It's conveniently located; walkable distance. What I did not like? Complimentary breakfast was not provided; customer service was not good.

Its average hotel and room is not clean enough.

It was a great stay with my aged parents at C J Palazzio. The staff, right from reception, bell persons, room service, house keeping and restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. Also the driver informed that the accommodation given to them was good. The food (we had lunch) was very tasty. The complimentary breakfast had a good spread of all dishes with a live counter. Overall a very comfortable stay

Well maintained rooms and staff behavior is too good. Very good hotel to stay with family. Views from the rooms are good. Food variety are awesome.

The staff members need more training in the restaurant and front desk.

All were fine except the ac it wasn’t working well , we didn’t inform yet the issue persisted , over all ok experience . Breakfast was good

I have a terrible experience. Expedia booking shows free breakfast but hotel said it is included. Checking also difficult. Will not stay again.

I have been visiting the hotel for more than 7 months now. Excellent breakfast spread , well Maintained rooms and now a great Gym also . Should look at special rates for regular customers like me on the room tariff

Spacious, silent and clean room with high quality mattresses guaranteed a good night's sleep on a road trip, despite late arrival. Complementary breakfast buffet had great spread, both Indian and European items were tasty. Overall great value for the money.

The rates of the hotel are incorrect, because they give a price after they charge more than 50 % of additional cost when you are booking a room. The service of the hotel is not on the level of a luxury hotel. For any your request you have to wait many times more than half or one hour. I am thinking here about simply requests like as have a WIFI password or shampoo. The cleaning of the room is not perfect.

Close to amenities and had a comfortable stay during my days in Salem. Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel.
