Good hotel in a good location (close to the bus station) but in a unsafe area.

Amazing value for money, cheap business hotel, simple, clean, haggle free. Really enjoyed the stay, everything very straight forward.

Staff spoke English and were helpful and nice. Toilet leaked and rooms were relatively clean. Next to a train station but not very walk friendly

El check in fue extremadamente lento. Personal poco entrenado. Al subir al cuarto ninguna de las dos llaves magnéticas funcionaba. Perdimos mucho tiempo. Los elevadores son de buena marca, pero su estado es deplorable: despintados, rayados. Estacionamiento de carros muy bueno. El restaurante muy bueno Por último le pedí a la recepcionista que cargara mi estadía en mi cuenta All Accor y no lo quiso hacer

It was peacefull, clean good restaurant. The sink of my room was problematic. It would be amazing if I could find a gym inside the property.

Next to Tiete Bus Station and Metro. Well insulated from the busy area outside. Rooms are comfy. Breakfast buffet plenty. .

The hotel is ok. The room is ok, breakfast could be better... The real issue here is the location. Really scary place. Very unsafe with a sign that says "Don´t use your phone outside the hotel premises" or "Wait for you uber or taxi in the hotel barriers". Lots of shady people around. Very very unsafe and ugly zone. Otherwise... if you just get in and out using Uber, its ok.

Convenient place to stay when traveling to Sao Paulo via bus. I always stayed here when coming from Rio or the South. I only stay for a night and then fly.

Pior hotel que já me hospedei. Os colchões de 5 centímetros, travesseiros fedorentos, roupa de cama suja, banheiro que nunca viu um cloro na vida, 2 pingos de sabonete líquido disponível para o banho. Nota 0 pra higiene. Não recomendo, nunca mais optarei por usar um hotel da rede.

Helpful staff, location very convenient and easy to get around, super shower and lovely breakfast

Considering the location, my stay was very good, convenient, and quiet. The cleanliness was very good. This is an excellent option for someone who needs quick access to the Bus Station Tiete and overnight stay to catch a bus the next morning. The station entrance is right next to the hotel. It would be even nicer IF the hotel rooms had USB ports on the walls for easy recharge of electronics. Unfortunately as of January 10, 2022, there were no USC ports for recharging in the room, which is kind of a big deal for foreign travelers.

Great staff. Convenient location in a not so nice area. My bus was cancelled and needed a place to stay quick. They let me stay in the room late to work waiting the next day. I would bring family here because of area. I did find a clean little mall attached (Burger King, other restaurants). Actually good to know when looking for food options while waiting at Tiete for a bus. Hate the food options at Tiete (Bob’s is so dirty and staff there sucks)

stay was great however it says the breakfast was included but my guest had to pay apart for it. What was a shame. Nothing else to complain, great stay.

Good hotel for an overnight when switching buses in Sao Paulo bus station to get some rest. I would recommend a hotel close to Avenida Paulista for turists.
