Nice hotel

Overall, my stay at this hotel was good. The property was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the free breakfast had a nice variety and was enjoyable. However, my biggest issue was with the valet service. The cost is far too expensive for what it is, and the service itself was disappointing. I even called the General Manager to discuss the poor quality of valet, but never received a call back. That lack of follow-up left a very bad impression. The people themselves were nice, but unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed the otherwise positive experience.

All the staff are super friendly and helpful. I will say the property is just not that nice. The walls seem thin. I had to have white noise to fall asleep because someone in the room next-door was a snorer. Additionally, when I booked this hotel, I did not realize it is directly across the street from an open air concert venue that does have concerts on the weekends not a great work environment or relaxation environment under those conditions.

Came to town for the WNBA Washington Mystics game and couldn’t have picked a better spot—this hotel is right across from the metro, which made getting around super easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions. The place was spotless and peaceful, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. I felt completely safe throughout my stay. No doubt I’ll be booking here again next time.

Great location! Spacious rooms (we had the one bedroom suite that sleeps 6 and we were all so comfortable.). Only issue we ran into was when we asked for blankets for the pull out couch and were told they ran out.

My son is stationed in Washington D.C. The hotel was a perfect location. We could see the stadium from the roof top. There were restaurants , and the metro close by. Staff was very kind and helpful. Parking is costly.

This hotel was perfect for our trip. It’s close to the Nationals stadium, there’s a lot of walkable places to eat, there’s a rooftop deck with a view of the baseball stadium. Metro station across the street. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good but a major issue was parking in the area. Had to park about 10 min walk away. They have valet but very pricey and I prefer parking my car myself. Also, if you arrive on a game day good luck finding parking and not paying a premium nearby

Great location for Nationals game and it was an easy walk to the National Mall.

When we checked in Friday, the front desk, staff was great as the weekend went on. It just seemed to get lower and lower in standards for employees. Staff at the free breakfast on Sunday morning were rude. Come Sunday night multiple times no one was at the front desk.

We enjoyed the keycard entry to the building and to use the elevator. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was great.

Best option if you are in town for a Nationals game. Metro is across the street and ballpark is one block down. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
