The room is beautiful and tidy, but the sink smells a little when used and the water pressure in the bathroom is slow. The view from the room is interesting. The pool on the 37th floor is the most beautiful with a view of KLCC, the children's pool on the 5th floor is small. The adult pool is ok. Overall fun. P/s don't forget to lock the room door. My room door was knocked on 3 times at 2 am without any sound or footsteps outside. Not sure who it was and I chose to leave it alone. Fortunately, the room door has 2 latches for security. Worried because the room door faces the stairs. The corridors are also a bit dimly lit.

Because the check-in was at night, my wife felt uncomfortable when she arrived at the hotel. The corridor was dimly lit or rather dark and the hotel was crowded on the ground floor, and the elevator was also problematic, out of 4 elevators only 2 were operational and 2 were under maintenance. Meanwhile, there were so many people who wanted to go up. 1 elevator was not enough. Finally, I only stayed here for 1 night. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and the swimming pool was quite large and nice.

The condition of the room is okay, but all the foreign wagers are very crowded. Paid parking is rm20 per night. The hotel is very aggressive from outside, bro.

The swimming pool on the top floor is closed. You aren't even allowed to enter to take photos but you can take photo behind the glass door. What a bummer! The swimming pool on the other floor is opened but don't forget to book in advanced. However the studio room is spacious with adequate facilities like washing machine, stove, fridge, heater. However there ' s no water filter so you've to purchase your own mineral water from the convenient store. The agent can be found at the lobby (4th floor) there ' s no specific counter. For rm 130 I think it ' s still worth it as it ' s just by a walking distance to Sunway Putra Mall. Oh yes, deposit rm 100 per night. Don't forget to try D ' chow kit restaurant which serves delicious Indonesian cuisines.

absolutely wonderful. the room is clean and spacious though it's a studio. minimalist yet comfy. even the room can fits 4 people to sleep in. they have 1 queen bed and two sofa beds. and of course people come here for the infinity pool and the view was stunning. overall it was a good experience. the only flaw was the check in because it took 20 minutes but hey, it's someone's apartment not a hotel so.. not so bad lah. (Suling responds fast though)
