Staff is extremely nice and can speak English, and the service with their own minibus for only 100 baht to the airport is very good and no taxi hassle. Food and especially the drinks at the roof bar are top 10, and the rooms are very clean and modern, so I give this a 10 points as well.

I stayed there one night before flying back to work. The location of the hotel was good, nearby the airport. All staff were very helpful from my arrival until departure. Only one thing that destroyed my experience at first was when the receptionist assigned me the room, but when I opened it, it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I needed to go down and ask for a new room. After that, my stay was very pleasant as I was able to sleep.

Good location, close to everything, 15 minutes from the airport, there is a hotel shuttle every 30 minutes, 100 baht per room, good water pressure, very big hair dryer, like the soft mattress, clean, but the shower water system drains very slowly, like a pipe. Tons, everything was great.

The service of the counter staff doesn't have much service mind. They don't speak very nicely. Solving problems for customers is not available. But Nong Wellboy Cute, speaks well. The room is quite stuffy. The towels are quite old and have a musty smell. The price is a little steep.
