No view from the windows. Although there was a chair there was nothing to sit at! For the price, I think I could’ve done better!

Great room in great location for great price. They have a key code system, make sure your phone number is ok, so that they send you the code.

So convenient for Museum of Human Evolution, as well as attending to pilgrim errands (groceries, pharmacy, mail). Room was spacious and bed was cosy. WiFi was pretty slow, but could watch a video by taking the time to download it for awhile first. Unfortunately there was no pilgrim stamp that I could find.

It's no reception what is weird a bit. Very comfy bed, nice room and bathroom. A kettle would be great :) good location.

We liked the formula: you get codes for the front door and your own room in advance, and in the course of your first evening a friendly person comes to say hello and check if everything is OK. Ideal location, very close to the bus station and close to the town centre. Cross the street or enter the first door to your right for breakfast. Enter the first door to your left to go to the supermarket. Our room had just been renovated. Everything was brand new. A pity only that the walls between rooms are not really sound proof. Still, excellent value for money.

A great way to see Burgos. Within a block of bank, supermarket, bakery, historical center. Everything we wanted was easily accessible. Our first experience w/no staff; everything handled via e-mail, but it worked beautifully. Great start for peregrinos on the Camino.

Bad. They never give me de door codes. I was out side for many hours. Some help me to call them. Catastrophic.

great location and good value for money. owner was very helpful on the phone when he gave me the codes to access the property.

Very small room, no air conditioning or fan, nonexistent staff (no one in reception).

Although the start was a bit stressful as I did not get my entry code before I arrived, the overall stay was good. I recommend this place highly. The manager was kind and very helpful.

No es hotel sino piso turístico. Exijo información correcta que no lleve a engaño. Buena ubicación. Párking no gratuito cerca. A dos minutos de la catedral. Habitación limpia, acogedora, silenciosa...

Demande no carte bancaire le jour d'arrivée. Suspension abusive du code accès déjà donné. Très mauvaise gestion de l'accueil.

Todo perfecto,salvo q hacia muy buena temperatura y estaba la calefaccion puesta. Cerramos los radiadores ,peeo el calor se mantuvo toda la noche

Clean room, good bed and shower. Breakfast facilities nextdoor. On walking distance of the (old) centre of Burgos.

Chambre propre. Salle de bain vraiment très petite. Pas de climatisation, seulement ventilateur et comme il faisait très chaud, obligés d'ouvrir les fenêtres qui donnent sur une rue assez bruyante Mais CE N'EST PAS UN HÔTEL, c'est un Rbnb. A notre arrivée, porte close Le code nous permettant d'accéder à la chambre n'avait pas été envoyé. Après un appel, nous avons pû accéder à la chambre. Mais AUCUN SERVICE. Personne à qui nous pouvons poser des questions ? Code wifi ? Options de restauration à proximité ? Pas de parking comme annoncé ? Photos concernent le voisinage et non le bâtiment du logement RIEN ! Aucun service !

Abusée par la photo de façade qui est celle du musée en face du logement et non le logement lui-même. Code pas reçu. Pas d'accueil par contre un homme rustre qui vient réclamer le paiement à 22h passées en frappant à la porte - aucun moyen de vérifier son identité. Chambre carcérale. Eclairage nul (pas de lampe de chevet), celui de la sdb en panne. A 5 h du mat soufflerie du restaurant. Mini oreiller. Un cauchemar et si j'avais su que le siège était à Singapour je n'aurais jamais réservé là. Première fois que cela m'arrive avec Expédia jusque là irréprochable. Prestataire à bannir absolument.
