Very pleasant hotel friendly front desk on day of arrival - very clean and comfortable - nice personal touch in room. Only there for one night but enjoyed the microbrewery on site. Nice setting right on the main square. Highly recommended

One of best hotels we stayed at in Poland and one of the best overall. Extremely clean, courteous service, excellent bar/restaurant on site and most importantly the best possible location in Białystok. Pool, hot tub and spa were fantastic amenities.

Walkable to any parts of old town. Room are super clean!

Didn't help with bags on arrival. Didn't resolve issue with air con. Poor value for money. Hotel itself is quite tired. Avoid.

A great hotel in central Białystok close to all bars restaurants and ice cream shops . Very comfortable bed well stocked mini bar , I will definitely stay there again .

Excellent stay. The hotel is located in the city center with easy access everywhere. Rooms are well appointed and very clean. The staff is fantastic - everyone we interacted with was phenomenal. A special thank you to the check in staff for their patience and excellent attitude.

Probably the best location in Bialystok. Comfortable parking lot in the back.

It was very nice…great breakfast and room. Noisy in the alley behind the room. Parking was very chaotic. Front desk poor communication.

The towels were a little tattered. The carpets in the room could be cleaned.
