The property was absolutely beautiful! Felt very tropical and relaxing from the moment we arrived. Even though it’s not all inclusive it had that vibe with certain free drinks during happy hour times. The turn down service was so nice with dove ice cream bars and muffins for the morning. It’s on the quieter end of Duval St but you can still access many great places easily with a Lyft, golf cart, bicycle, walk or whatever floats your boat. Highly recommend the premier suite with the plunge pool. Great place to stay!

Absolutely amazing

This was the best stay I had in a long time felt like I was in the safest place in America very friendly environment people are warm and welcoming I will definitely be back soon and the concierge Winfield was amazing during my stay I love the environment and place very relaxing

Price/value is too overpriced. Despite the fact that the suites are beautiful, there is no service at your room unless you ask for it. Does not seem compatible with the five star rating at this hotel.
