Room was clean also good amenities. Bed was comfortable . Breakfast and the room rate was good would definitely go back .

Super quiet rooms, good breakfast, nice personal

The lobby, elevators, gym, breakfast area, and rooms were all clean, quiet, well kept. Easy access to the 45 toll road, 35, and mopac (loop 1). Plenty of parking. Well lit at night, very safe. Staff was pleasant and helpful especially a young lady named Karina. The customer service was 10/10. I would stay here again and would recommend to a friend.

The room was spacious. it was a room for the disabled guests and was appropriately designed and structured. While the breakfast provided was adequate, the eggs were made from a "bag of scrambled" and thus were dry and overcooked.

We had a really good time! Millie was a sweet heart and we really enjoyed our interaction with her. The breakfast was really tasty and the hotel was just super clean! We will definitely be going back when in the area!

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that was a problem was the TV connection. The movies would have static and disconnect for a second so words and parts of the movie kept getting missed. It was annoying. And they had waffles for breakfast that had way too much sugar prepared inside them. Otherwise everything else was great.

It was nice and loved how my room was not next to any other rooms

Stay was comfortable,room was clean and quiet. Only problem was the pressure of the water in the shower was very low. Other wise stay was great

The staff were friendly and professional. Our room wasn’t as clean as other Hyatts we’ve stayed at. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the area wasn’t too bad at all. Lots of shopping areas close by.
