Great little boutique hotel opposite train station and close to shops and bars and restaurants at the pier. Parking on site a big plus Our room had a view over the river which was great.Room was very comfortable and clean. They only serve breakfast but plenty of dining options very close by.

Corner location makes it convenient but noisy at night with 3 pubs nearby. Walk almost anywhere in short order. Out room was very larger and the bathroom the largest in our entire UK visit!

Great location, next to Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Quay (for Spinnaker Tower, food and shopping). Staff were great: friendly, polite and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast. Plenty of dinner options nearby.

Great location, first impressions gave pause for thought given the surrounding businesses, but inside is really lovely. Very clean, large smart room. Very friendly staff.

Location was extremely convenient as we were only staying one night and very central to the dockyards and train station and cruise ship terminal. No air conditioning so on a hot day with windows open, it's a little noisy during the night and morning. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with a choice between traditional kippers and English breakfast, in addition to fruit and continental option. Hotel was a little older than I expected since I associate boutique hotel as more modern but it was clean and cozy.

An absolutely perfect place to stay! Don't waste time looking anywhere else, it's beautiful here and we honestly hope to stay here again. We had the harbour view room and it's worth staying here for that alone! The staff were really lovely, the breakfast was great and the location is incredible. Nothing bad to say really, definitely my new favourite place!

This hotel was excellent for two people staying one night, although we got lucky with the weather and needed to wake uo early. The hotel was really clean with very friendly staff, the free breakfast was delicious and filling, and the location was super convenient--very close to museums, restaurants, and the bus and train stations. There could be more potential to be noisy due to this central location, especially since the rooms above the restaurant floor did not have air conditioning, although this wasn't a huge concern since we stayed on a weekday. We opened the window and turned on the fan, which caused us to wake up a little earlier than expected. The double bed was simple and a little hard, which worked fine for us. Hotels are expensive in this downtown area, and this hotel is (a little) cheaper than most others, so this was an excellent value, in my opinion. Someone(s) staying several days, during hot weather, or people who like to stay up reallly late with a larger budget (or who prefer softer, fancier beds) might not like it as much. We didn't have a car.

Perfect location for Historic Dockyard, outlet shopping, restaurants and bars, public transport…trains and buses. All within 10minute walk. Own carpark. All the staff are friendly and helpful with a lovely breakfast included. Our room had a fabulous view…see pics. it was clean and a good size. The bed was kingsize and comfortable. There was a double rain shower and Tea and coffee facilities but no fridge. Also there is no air conditioner unit so room can get warm when the weather is good. The Wi-Fi needs to be stronger too. We did however really enjoy our time here and would definitely recommend.

This hotel was in the perfect position for us, we didn’t need to use the car at all, close to everything we needed. Hotel was clean and it was obvious that staff worked hard to keep the level of cleanliness. Staff were really kind and helpful and very approachable. Breakfast was lovely and staff again worked very hard to make our stay a good one. I would definitely return many thanks
