Staff were excellent and very helpful. Heaps to do for adults and kids, only down side was the pillows need an update

I stayed here with my 10 year old daughter and it was an incredible property. My daughter enjoyed the many kid friendly activities and the pool was just amazing. I enjoyed the food and convenience of having all the amenities in one place. Great family friendly hotel.

Very nice hotel, however really dissapointed woth the food. Eveb though it was a buffet, th selection was reptative, boring and quality was very inconsistent. The staff in there are 10/10, very friendly, helpful and humble.

Nice resort with good amenities to enjoy. Strange that there is no iron and ironing board in the room and they want you to pay for laundry service to iron your clothes.

Great resort

I stayed at Grenada Hotel about a week ago, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is perfect for families who prefer to stay indoors—everything you need is right there! It's located in a very quiet area, far from the busy bazaar and street markets, which was a nice change of pace. The food was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the one drawback was the sheer size of the place. Getting from one side of the hotel to the other can be quite a challenge, especially if you’re traveling with a baby or someone with mobility issues. It’s surprising they don’t offer any internal transport, even though it seems like something they could easily do. The hotel need to look into this and provide a solution for sure. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it, especially for those looking for a peaceful getaway.

Wonderful hotel

There was 0 customer service. All those people that work there are seasonal people brought from the Area around it, they teach them no English so customer service is not there. Can’t complain about the what the resort offers. Everything was really good but for me customer service is #1

This is not a 5 star hotel. Meals are basically in the buffet only unless you want to pay for the a la carte. Buffet was disgusting - lack of hygiene, too loud, mass crowding and poor quality of food. This place has the quality of a Cuban resort when it comes to food and I would even say the Cuban places are better. Hotel was dirty. It was a family reunion trip and all our rooms had sticky floors. Our room was across from the live show theatre. What kept us up at night was the cleaning and garbage facility below our room. It sounded like demolition was happening and explained why the stairs smelled like vomit. When we went to complain, they told us it did not exist. Tried to say it was a staff room. We took a video. When we tried to call front desk or guest services, no numbers were available. QR code led to room service menu but no number. Website stated no address found. When we told them, staff stated we were the only people to tell them. Service was horrible. Save your money and go else where. Cheap tourism at its worse. One family member got a rash from the pool. We’re pretty sure it was full of pee.

The good: The property is huge and beautiful and kept very clean. The pools lovely and clean. Even though the property is very large, the mere size and the number of pools mean it is never overcrowded. The private beach is lovely and the facilities good there. The food selection is good though more on it in the negatives. The number of bars, means you can always find a nice place to sit and have drinks in the evening. The evening entertainment is fairly decent. The water park is not a thrill seekers paradise but it is quite good, with the highlight being the kids slides which will keep the kids busy. The spa is wonderful. The negatives: The staff are not really up to the mark. The service though prompt mostly, the behaviour is rude. There are a few who are nice but quite a few that are not. The food is average at best even though the variety is huge, it is mostly tasteless and repetitive.
