I have stayed at this property before and it was good. This time around they are renovating and there is constant construction noise and it is unbearable. The staff did not care to inform during check in. They casually said construction can't stop. There was partying in rooms with loud noises and dancing at midnight. When informed the staff said it happens people are partying. They show no concern for guests. Never again.

The room is stinky and getting bad odor. I complained at front desk and they send the maintenance people to put the air freshener which turns so bad. Also since the room is all the way to end not getting internet.

Centraly located close to aiport and other places.

This hotel has friendly staff and the breakfast was really good. We tried the restaurant as well for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. Staff gave us smiles and attention and we felt at home

Staff are incredibly kind. When Hotels.com had not sent confirmation email they gave me a room and then resolved the conflict. Hallway carpet could be cleaner on third floor but the room was absolutely emaculate. Free breakfast with large variety was acceptable. Vegetarian selections were good.

Hotel took good care of us inspite of the situation in Odisha post the Cyclone.

Rooms are good, at the time of checkin they gave me a room with unchanged Lenin. Service at restaurant is bit slow need training of chef and support staff
