Clean and quiet

Nice and clean. Spacious queen room & very comfy bed. Modern finishes (which might not appeal to everyone). The open concept, completely visible bathroom (tub, shower, long double sink) is unusual but at least the toilet is in a separate enclosed room with its own sink. There was a safe and a small fridge in the room. We’d stay again.

Chdck in at 23:00, receptionnist was arrogant, asked for 93$+ tax though I paid through Expedia and showed him the receipt(not to forget the 150$ deposit) claiming it is not received on his system, I refused the 93$, he replied by all negativity OKAY WE WILL TAKE and CHARGE YOUR 150$ IF PAYMENT DIDN'T PASS THROUGH OUR SYSTEM!!

Room is nice and quiet and clean. The lights in the bathroom were tacky.

Amazing room !!

If you arrive late like I did, i.e. 5:45pm, and it’s dark, the entrance to the hotel is very easy to miss as it is or was not illuminated. Otherwise the rooms have been recently redone and my room was great.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, close to a lot of amenities, and the bathroom was equipped with a great shower with a lot of water pressure.

Upon arrival to the room everything looked clean and sanitary. Our only complaint would be that the bedsheets on both our queen size beds had foreign hair on them and we tried to inspect and remove them manually. We are very picky and cleanliness is truly a priority when sleeping in a hotel. No one likes the hairs of others on a bed that you will sleep on. The hairs were long and it left us to presume that the cleaning person whom made the bed was the reason for this. The parking was well lit and we felt it was safe. In future trips to Montreal we may opt to make other arrangements elsewhere.

Our first room smelled like sewage and the headboard had old gum stuck on the side since we checked in right at closing time we were unable to report it until the next day. We got a different room that was better but it already had ruin the experience for us, the nice part was service staff was great!

We took the Hotel side and we were satisfied enough to consider prioritizing this location for our next trip

Room we first checked in was an odor. We mentioned it to front desk and they upgraded us to a beautiful room with jacuzzi and a beautiful shower. It was so nice . The staff was super helpful💕

Walls are thin, can hear other Jacuzzis running at 1am and 3am in the morning.

We a family of 4 reached at 12 to checkin but felt unsafe due to 2 ppl making out
