I have stayed here before in another room which was excellent. The room for this stay was not great for older people. Had to wash dishes in the bathroom.Floor was wet area and I thought dangerous.Thefloor took a long time to dry. I would only stay here again if I booked the right room.

The facility is undergoing major works (two storey addition, with scaffolding). My room (ground floor) was nicely renovated, the kitchette was odd - cups and plates at floor level on shelf (I literally resorted to a bowl for my Uber eats as I could not get to the undelying plates), and little bench space. Had to rinse my dishes in the bathroom basin. Wifi was very poor strenght.

Currently building happening did not interfere with this visit Reception was efficient and friendly Privacy and courtesy provided would return

Friendly staff. Nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Close to Takapuna centre. Unassuming from the outside but rooms were nice and well equipped.

Good room, off street parking, modern facilities. Old window joinery so little noisy st times but generally a quiet location. Supermarket an easy walk. Construction in half of site but not an issue

This property had been renovated to a high standard 2 years ago very roomy the bathroom was fully tiled and all the furniture was nice the bed was top quality and comes with a kitchenette. Also very handy location in Takapuna. Looking forward to our next stay.

Check in was fast & the receptionist was friendly. The shower pressure was awesome, just be careful of the hot water heat. The room was clean & tidy & I didn't hear any noise from other guests (although I think there was only 1 other staying at the time). Convenient location. The bed was too hard.

Very nice property and room was well furnished and nice to stay in. The service from reception was good. The only negative was that the beds were very firm and on wheels.
