I would have given them a 5 star for sure. But i got sick because of the heat system they have, they control the heating system from the reception as well. I was freezing all night and also i got up the next day there was no hot water in the shower. So i had to go to hamam. Now i am sick and my entire vacation is missed up.

The hotel was really comfortable, and it was relaxing to stay there. Big, nice bed. Clean and well appointed. It was a good deal as a solo traveler, as they charge by the person and not the room. I had stayed a another hotel in Batman the week before, and this was nicer. It was a solid 3-star hotel by international standards. One of the staff at the desk was wholly unhelpful and bordered on rude, but one of the "yardımcı" bellhop type assistants was able to be solve my problems and was really kind in the process. Fair warning - the hotel was not able to get the payment from Hotels.com, and had not even heard of the company before. I spent about an hour on the phone with Hotels.com via skype to help them get payment info to the hotel. Also, some rooms do not get wifi access. You may need to insist to be moved to one that does.

Très bien, chambres spacieuses et propres. Petit déjeuner varié avec beaucoup de choix. Un séjour agréable.

Konaklamada sıcak su sıkıntısı yaşadık istediğimiz derecede sıcak su yoktu başta biraz sıcak gelen su ılık olarak devam etti

Als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Rundtour haben wir uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt: nettes Personal, ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Personel iyi ama , kahvalti biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Oda temizligi cok iyiydi.
