The best. The room is spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the mall. Easy to find places to eat. On weekends there is a night market next to the hotel. In front of the hotel you can eat seafood at Anjung Senja. Good service from the staff. Will stay here again for my next vacation.

Bad service! If you want to check out early in the morning, yesterday you have informed the reception, but the reception can just leave the parking lot to check out in the main lobby. Once today I want to check out, want to get out of parking, security tells me to check out first in the upper lobby, even though the upper lobby has no reception guarding at 5-6 am. We were forced to walk all the way to the main lobby to ask for a parking copy once we checked out! Standby is the 24-hour reception in the upper lobby! This is the reception in the main lobby, there are 24 hours reception guards.

For me room size is ok, the only problem is the bathroom button for double drain pipe and sink is often clogged, dirty cushion is worn out, old room condition, pillow is too uncomfortable to see, wifi problem is often unsatisfactory.

It was a great place to stay especially when you are with family.

Best td hotel plaza. 3 days stay at work is very satisfied with the room and staff service from the beginning of the check in until the day of check out. Only the tv broadcast needs to be added from the existing one and only the broadcast channel. Thanks again to the residents of the hotel.

This hotel room is good and big,But the staff is very bad no mines and Smart lier. Theirs took my deposit with reason late check out 2pm without informing and reminder me which my room just nextdoor only. Very bed experience.
