The air conditioned room was clean and comfortable - the onsite bar and restaurant are great and all the staff are very friendly

The place was a good overnight stop and the view was lovely. The restaurant was excellent! Leo was a great waiter. The manager was unhelpful, and a bit surly. The toilet did not flush at all. The manager did nothing and did not offer to give us a different room with a working toilet. I got a bucket for the restaurant waiter to flush with.

Very good option for.vacations or business

The people are very friendly the only thin is taht they have spme issues with the water heater, the rrom are very clean and with many appreciable items

Maybe it was the time of year (july), I don't know, but they lacked quite a bit on the menu and the breakfast waiter was just a teenager without much ability or experience. Just an average experience all the way around.

The property would have been nice when new but it's pretty run down now. The beach is beautiful and the pool area would be nice if the pool was clean. It's good value for the money but could use a little tlc.

What a jewel. Staff and grounds were lovely. Would stay again and for many more nights.

Everything you need from a stopover hotel. Pool was a bit dirty, but otherwise we liked access to the beach, reasonable prices and food quality of the restaurant.

Beautiful property on the outskirts of town. The staff at reception were so helpful and kind. The breakfast included with the room has so many choices and every dish was very delicious. The food was so good we ended up staying at the hotels restaurant for dinner both nights. A walk on the beach was interesting and yielded many sights.

A nice hotel with beach and pool, restaurant and quiet rooms.

This is a nice enough hotel but the management does not take advantage of the gorgeous location. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, however the common areas of the hotel are not. The pool is dirty, the beach, yes, this hotel has direct beach access, but the sand is not clean and one can’t really enjoy the fantastic location as much as you would. Buffett breakfast is advertised but instead a very simple and limited menu is offered.

This is by far the best hotel in Champoton. It's clean, the staff are nice, it has a good restaurant. Not everything is perfect: all the hotel water is salt water and electricity sometimes goes for a few minutes. But still, the hotel is very comfortable for the area and I highly recommend it. Thank you!

It was a very nice place, food is a little pricey, nothing new there paid 90 pesos for two ice creams and 150 for two cheesecake slices.not too bad. However the description of the room said it included a balcony. Very disappointed to find out we didn't have a balcony in our room. The pool is nasty green with salty sea water, so is the shower and even the sink. I used bottled water to brush my teeth
