This place is close to the center so very convenient to travel around. Especially near the Phansi Coffee which has a spectacular view. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There's an elevator, but you have to go down the stairs to get to your room. The view from the room is top-notch. The AC in the room can also be used as a heater, as the weather is very cold, especially if it suddenly rains.

I stayed with 4 friends, the room was ok, also close to the center, the staff was friendly and enthusiastic

The room has a super nice view, although it is a bit far from the center but it is still okay. From the hotel owner to the reception staff, everyone is very friendly with the guests and supports them wholeheartedly. Will come back to the hotel if I go to Sapa for the second time.

Everything was fine except having to carry the suitcase up and down the very heavy and tiring stairs to get to the elevator..nice friendly hotel!

The hotel is a bit small, the mountain view is a bit low, the outside looks a bit old but the rooms are quite ok. The soundproofing is not very good but it's okay, I still slept well. The view is beautiful, guys. Convenient to travel, close to the center. The hotel has motorbike rentals, the owner is super enthusiastic. Next time I go to Sapa, I will definitely choose Muong Hoa View 38 Muong Hoa again. The room does not have a mini fridge.

I stayed for one night, i put a special request for my room that should be non smoking and prefer in high floor, but then I checked in, i got room in second floor, the room was spacious for someone who traveling with 2 luggages like me, and when i open the room, i smell like the room is so humid, i makes me need to open the window and spray some perfume all over the room, and when I’m about to sleep, me, my mom and my brother feel itchy when sleep on the bed🥲

The staff is very friendly..most people in Sapa are friendly and hospitable..the room is like the picture, clean, beautiful view..suitable for couples..near the center..in general, there are no 10 points but..if there is a chance, I will come back

It's actually good. The balcony directly faces Mount Fansipan. But because of the fog, it's not visible. Too bad. But overall it's good🫶🏼

The mountain view is very beautiful, from here you can see the city and mountains, the fog even flows into the room. There are also many restaurants, cafes, and laundry shops around.
