This hotel is old, broken AC conditioner, room too hot to sleep, broken hair blower, broken toilet seat, missing 2 water bottles,

The room we have got wasn’t the same one we have booked. It was a very small room with stairs to another smaller room that had nothing but bed. Which they meant it was a SWEET!! Very poor facilities, not clean at all. We had to clean everything self. The shower was filled with hair. No internet. You can connect to WiFi in the reception but it disconnects in the room.

The place is totally different than the pictures

We booked this hotel through Expedia, trusting the photos online, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Our room was very dusty and poorly cleaned; the soundproofing was terrible, and we could clearly hear the people in the neighboring room. Even worse, late at night, someone arrived in the adjacent room, and we couldn’t sleep due to inappropriate and disturbing noises (which seemed to be known by the hotel staff). Later, an argument broke out between a woman and a man, with shouting, insults, and loud noises right outside our door. The only positive aspect was the location, but it was overshadowed by all these issues. Definitely not worth the price – I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Great hotel at excellent locations. Very clean and well equipped rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Location is right next to the historical center. Definitely recommend!

Basra is really helpful and nice and the perfect company in the hotel

It was just ok For the first evening and night the air conditioning didnt work which we had to leave the window open and it was very loud and noisy road. However, it was fixed the next day. The morning breakfast wasnt that great, not many options. Though its on a busy road, its location is quite central.

The staff were very helpful. Initially I needed to change my room on day 2 as I could smell some lingering smoke. I told them at reception who advised it’s a non smoking property but someone has obviously broken the rules. The reception gave me an option of a few rooms to choose from which was nice and it made the remaining of my trip perfect. House keeping was friendly too. There ain’t a kettle in the room however plentiful tea and coffee downstairs at reception which you can help yourself to anytime. The property is a few minutes to the Selimiye mosque, 3-5 minutes to Mevalana’s Tomb and 7-10 minutes to Shams Tomb. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding area as well as shopping. Although everything is walkable but transport is also good in this area. Overall a lovely stay for the 2nd time at this property.

For the price, the hotel is very good..central location, clean, decent typical Turkish breakfast. Osman, at the front desk, is very helpful and willing to oblige.

Location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the famous Mevlana Museum. Transportation is nearby, taxis and mini buses. Shops and restaurants just around the corner. Property is pretty decent and breakfast was okay. What stood out was about Osman, the front desk. We arrived early but he let us eat breakfast. He was very apologetic that there’s no available room at the time. But he managed to get us a room before check-in time.

This hotel is in an excellent location for the museums/mosque as well as shops and restaurants. Extremely helpful knowledgeable staff. Property is clean and good value for money with nice breakfast included. There was one point that needs improvement...the AC didn't come through properly which wasn't too uncomfortable at this time of year.. October ,but would definitely be a problem in walmer months. Overall it was a lovely stay.

Great location, very central. Hotel and rooms are well cleaned and maintained. Staff efficient and professional. Breakfast was good variety. We parked directly in front of hotel. Only concern was shower, small space and the shower old and unreliable plus water leaked out o to floor. And the pillows were very high and dense, I slept without. But I would definitely stay here again. Is clean, comfortable and great value for money

Hotel Ney is a budget hotel but is comfortable, clean and with a helpful and friendly staff. The lobby is decorated with old Turkish charm. It is in the Mevlevi old town near Rumi’s tomb. Lots of restaurants nearby. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel!

Exceptional stay, clean, friendly, felt like I know people that work there for many years. Osman was like family. There was nothing that we asked for that Osman didn’t and couldn’t provide. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
