There was excessive mold on the AC output, the AC intake was excessively dirty and dusty, stains on bedding, dirty toilet, and a bug in the nightstand. Asked for a refund but was told no because I had been there longer than one hour, it had been two. Ended up walking out on a two night reservation due to feeling unsafe and unclean. Finally got a refund for the second night after several rounds with hotel and Expedia.
