Great location, room well presented and staff fantastic with communication

The apartment was very spacious and I felt so comfortable in there. Huge King bed and overall great accommodation, lovely area too with great choice of restaurants! Beautiful area and convenient to the airport.

Excellent stay

Staff were friendly and accommodating, great dining ootions nearby, and apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. Thats why we return to this hotel when needing accommodation near Brisbane airport.

The place was wonderful other than we specifically booked it with our family and children with a pool to only discover the pool was absolutely freezing and not usable. We paid a lot of money for this room for exclusively the use of the pool so it was very disappointing.

Incredibly expensive for what you get in the hotel room. However, it was comfortable restaurants below and friendly staff.

Very nice room! Perfect, New and morden

This was the second time I had stayed at Alcyone and I am just so impressed. Both times have been great! From the top tier customer service to the incredibly comfy bed, and the spacious rooms. I love staying here and would recommend to absolutely anyone planning a trip to Hamilton. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate an early check in with no problems, we needed extra bedding and they went above and beyond. Cannot fault this accommodation. 10/10!!

Stay here again as it is close to my work and the convivence of with supermarket and restaurant around make it a good stay. Hotel service is great as usual.

Chose this place due to proximity to Brisbane Airport. Meets that criteria well. Plenty of eating places nearby serving a variety of types of food and there is even a cinema. The apartment itself (we had a 1 bedroom one) was well equipped and clean. Only stayed here one night so limited experience, but it all seemed good. On arrival you need to find somewhere to park to get checked in and get access to the car park - we were lucky, but that could be the trickiest part as there isn’t (AFAIK) any specific temp checkin parking. But other than that, all good.
