Kira Kira is located downhill of the Hirafu Welcome Centre. Transportation is provided during arrival and departure to and from the Welcome Centre. I am not too sure if the transportation can be arranged during they stay as I did not try this. The room was spacious and well suited my needs. It was comfortable. However, the water pressure and termperature for the shower can be much improved. The temperature was not enough to have a good soak in the tub. There was a combi washer dryer with detergent in the room too, and it was useful to have some laundry done. The wifi was stable a the room came with apple TV. The ski locker was minimal with just a slot for board/skis with a lock. The drying locker did not seem to have a lock which I could use. Communications was easy with the inroom phone. Emails could be better improved too. For the price paid, I would have expected a better shower experience, thus the 4 stars. I may stay here again.

It has a hot tub facing mount Yotei, the rooms are of a good size and the management is quite responsive! Fully equipped kitchen and clean towels every two days.

Location is easily located. The place is big, and utensils are availble for use if you are whipping up a dish. Check-in is an easy process, as front desk communicates English, makes sure your stay is an comfortable, cosy one. Need help? A call, or Whatsapp wil do. By the way, they also have snow kits storage for you if you are snowing. Definitely recommended friends or anyone to Kira Kira Suites if coming to Niseko!

Great Location, really central. Shuttle bus to the ski lifts available to be booked at time that is convenient and runs through lunch. Great apartment, warm, clean and had all we needed for a weeks stay.
