Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff!

Can't fault this hotel - it's beyond beautiful! Great location, lovely staff. Stunning room with all the bells and whistles.

Really nice room, excellent air conditioning, and had superior room with balcony which was nice. Only complaint was smart TV that wouldn’t connect to YouTube, Netflix etc.

Loved the hotel and the location

The property was very clean and quiet. The staff were professional and very helpful. The Hotel was central to everything plenty of restaurants in the area and tourists attractions also public transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Madrid.

Out of our 2 week Europe trip this was far and away our favorite hotel. Staff was incredible

Everything about this stay was perfect! The people who work here are so kind and helpful, the area so so beautiful and central to everything you would want, the room was one of the nicest we have stayed at, and they even held our bags after check out to make our next trip run smoothly. Not one complaint, thank you all so much!

Nice and perfect place for shopping and move around

We had a lovely room overlooking the circle/fountain. There was a surprise bottle of Cave in our room on ice - very lovely touch. Bathroom very modern - room spacious and bed very comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful! The location was convenient, just a short distance from the metro and the airport. The amenities were nice, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. The interior of the building created a cozy and safe atmosphere. I loved our experience and will definitely return!

Lovely hotel in a great neighborhood. Would stay again.

Hotel needs routine maintenance. Wallpaper was separating from wall. Coffee stains where people have spilled down the wall. Carpets in the hallways were stained and in need of care. Housekeeping did a very good job in cleaning what was there, but the maintenance issues are clearly beyond their control. When we checked in, we were told that breakfast was included. When we went to breakfast the next morning we were charged $30. When I checked with the front desk, we were told that their colleague had made a mistake when she told us that we had breakfast included. Also, for a four star hotel, I would have expected someone to help us with our luggage. That didn't happen. In fact, there was a very steep stairway from the lobby to the elevator. Not a great experience.

Beautiful historical building, great location, awesome staff.

We loved our stay at Sardinero Madrid! The location was near plenty of restaurants and is walking distance from the shopping at Gran Via. The hotel and rooms were decorated so tastefully. We had a balcony looking out to the fountain! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Our front desk - Gregori - made us feel so welcome. We would easily come back to stay here!

Staff was helpful, good location, close to metro, access to taxis, fine options for dining in the area.

El personal es amable y atento. El edificio del hotel es muy bonito y el área donde está ubicado no es tan caótico como otras áreas del centro de Madrid. Segunda vez que me hospedo ahí y espero no sea la última.

This hotel was nice, clean, and safe. The room was a little small but we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t matter. However there must have been some kind of construction going on on the floor above us because there was banging and loud noises at random times, day and night, we were not informed that there was construction when we checked in. As a note, the metro stop closest to this hotel is not accessible, it does not have any elevators or escalators. This was a minor inconvenience for us, but could be a bigger problem for others who can not use the stairs.

Beautiful building and property. A good buffet breakfast is available as well as an onsite bar and restaurant. Also lots of restaurants in the area. Location was perfect for walking to the main sites if you enjoy a good stroll through a beautiful city. Metro station also right near the hotel.
