The stave very friendly and good

The hotel is about 5-10 minutes from the train station. Small but comfortable hotel. Good service even though no one can speak English. Many restaurants around the hotel.

A pleasant hotel, hotel employees are very friendly and not far from the station, our beautiful city of Niigata is greeted by snow every day. The hotel provides umbrellas when it's snow. Good recommendation.

It was very nice to stay to this hotel, it's easy to reach this hotel within only less than 5 minutes by walk from the station (Bandai Exit)

Clean, small but well arranged, quite near from niigata station. View from hotel is nothing special. Good for business, or short time stay.
