Friendly staff, very clean and convenient place! We definitely recommend the stay.

The first day when my wife and i showed up for check in the man at the frount desk VITOR asked to see my passport and then after looked at my wife and said will SHE be staying int he same room ! I replied thats my wife . My wife is black and I am white . It was a racial slure but thats Brasil . Was not expecting racism from a 20 something kid , If you think this is normal stay there ,if you have common sense go somewhere else .

Best hotel in Macae

I still like the place, but my A/C was broken and never worked well, the TV rarely worked, my safe had to be fixed and the mini-frig really did not cool anything. At least they finally fixed the flat tires on the luggage trolleys. While there is a lunch offering it is limited and just barely passable.

Good breakfast and restaurant is handy in a pinch. Staff were very good. Front of the beach, not many restaurants near by though. New hotel, spacious rooms.

Excellent service. They even helped my tracking my luggage after Air France lost it on my way to Rio

Staff had long faces all day, and the way to communicate status of the restaurant was unpolite and unwelcoming

Excelente estadia.

Veldig fint opphold med mye krøll med wi-fi på hotellet. Det er under opppussing men det skjedde på dagtid når jeg var opptatt med jobb så det gjorde ikke noe. Alt i alt en fin plass men meget skuffet over internetten.

Hotel muito bom, quarto e banheiro confortáveis e grandes, staff simpático, educado e prestativo, boas refeições.

Incrível, estou super satisfeito. O Hotel superou minhas expectativas. Tudo muito limpo, no quarto tinha tudo, os atendentes foram muito cordiais e atenciosos. Fiquei muito feliz com a estadia.

Apesar do alto preço da diária , o quarto não dispõe de TV smart , e ainda me colocaram em um quarto de fundos em andar baixo sem vista . O café da manhã foi muito bom nas opções do Buffett mas só fornece café coado .decepciona p um hotel tão caro . Optarei por outros na próxima ida a Macaé .

Tivemos um desconforto com relação à vista do quarto oferecido, mas que logo foi solucionado pelos atendentes do hotel. No restante, atendimento muito bom, com funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos.

Hotel bem localizado. Funcionário educados. Na segunda feira de carnaval de 2025 o café da manhã estava muito malhado, não tinha ninguém reabastacendo. Acordei cedo e não era nos últimos momentos do café. No dia 4 o café da manhã estava no padrão. Estacionamento estava lotado. Ocarro teve que ficar na rua por uma noites. Resumo: Estava tudo ótimo. Pretendo voltar um dia.
