No Internet access in the room. I coukd not work efficiently. Happily the personnel was very helpful

My stay here was so lovely .. reception staff very helpful whenever I needed something .. breakfast amazing and the best fig jam ever .. the lady who came to clean my room was very very friendly and also very lovely …

minimal services and the internet is so slow with frequent disconnections, breakfast is poor and no omelets or hot dishes are available. I will not stay again in this hotel

Clean, quiet, near the subway station and a mall Great staff and amenities

Overall stay was OK but not excellent

They gave me dirty, small and smoking room. They didn't tell me the brand of sausage they served for breakfast, it was hidden, maybe donkey meat, who knows?

My stay was fairly good but the hotel owners still have a lot to work on their communication, either employing people that can speak the English major language or they polish themselves on the language. (English/French). Finally, try and be nice to visitors.

Room was small but effective and comfortable. Bath was very good and clean.

Nothing special and rooms smell heavy smoke

Comfortable stay

We loved this hotel! Thought the staff were excellent. Two things maybe: 1) felt linens should be changed during stay 2) first morning we requested a diet soda for our daughter during breakfast ... no problem; second morning we requested the same and was told there were no diet sodas. Because of this unavailability we did not eat in your restaurant other than the first night (we were able to get her one during this meal) during our 6 night stay.

Very cold place it’s not really welcoming people’s reception mr Fatih very professional but rest of the staff not friendly I don’t recommend this hotel I am very disappointed never back again

We are foreign and don't speak Arabic expected better service from the gentleman working the fronts. Rude in ways and not too helpful.

Every thins was very good specially break fast , also room and other place of hotel was clean

as usual the Hotel great lovely team did their best to give grant me an early check in and gave me the room once I arrived - thank you and i will always come again and again and will send my friends as well.

Interior design was nuce but unfortunately the was a bad smell in the rooms and all over the hotel the AC was fixed on heater no windows in the room could not sleep because it was very hot I could not breathe bad smell thank goodness I booked only for one night

Nice hotel close to everywhere and cosy location, also nice view

Could not fault any aspect of the stay. Check in was seamless. Room was obviously well kept and spotless when I arrived. It was kept that way while I stayed. Breakfast was great. The spa has great facilities including a hamam. I will stay there again. It’s not strictly a hotel issue, nor one that concerned me, but there isn’t a lot to do near the hotel. There are some malls but it is a 15-20 minute walk.
