Breakfast is very good

It’s a new and clean hotel. The breakfast is good and staff are polite, however, there is no shampoo or conditioner in the hotel! It was only one liquid for buddy wash and shampooing . There is no lotion in the bathroom. There is no fridge in the room and the TV was very small! Bed and pillows were good.

Only gripe I had was there wasn’t any smart TV available. The outlet to use a computer or tablet was too far you would have to purchase another USB/HDmI cable to have it travel across the room. Other than that my stay was amazing!

Room and bathroom was clean and modern. About 15 mins walk to main train station and 30 mins walk to old town. Beware that the bathroom wall is all glass so if sharing the room this night not be appropriate.

I have always liked Ibis properties. This one is excellent. Good sized, clean room , excellent breakfast buffet. Nice modern area with some excellent restaurant/shopping areas. The only thing that could be improved is if there was a small refrigerator in the room.

Very spacious room with drinking water available for guests to drink, very environment-friendly (carafe in room to refill with water); my only problem is my work laptop didn’t connect to their open (not password-protected) WiFi so I had to use my mobile hotspot.

Great location, good breakfast, clean and neat rooms. All you could hope for a stay.

Easy access to Metro and Warsawa Centralna. Breakfast no so good. Food undercooked or watery.

Small rooms, but decent size bathroom with shower. Room is so narrow that the clearance between the end of the bed and the wall is about 20cm. The TV is mounted at head height on the wall, and so I hit my head on it, three times, whilst moving from the window to the bathroom! Also, the bathroom fan is on. Always. All night. At checkout they said they could turn it off from reception. Maybe put a notice saying so in the bathroom? Finally, didn't get asked how my stay was when I checked out. That's a basic, and costs the hotel nothing. It's nice to be asked.

Property was clean and while I arrived early and my room wasn't ready, they were happy to hold my luggage while I explored the city. The AC in the room didn't get very cold which annoyed me, but it eventually did cool down the room.

Very good hotel overall. Close to Marriott / Hilton quality. Not outdated, in Warsaw city center. Clean rooms, nice bed and TV. Breakfast is great! Each floor has ironing room, water fountain with 3 options ( tap water / spring water / very spring water). In rooms it's a coffee/ tea packets and electric tea pot. No refrigerator, no safe box. Only one thing to make it better is just to add Shampoo and Conditioner option in bathroom instead of shower gel/ shampoo 2-in-1 option.

Stay was average but room was missing several basic amenities like a clock, tissues, fridge, conditioner. It lists laundry facilities but there are none at this hotel, which was a point of me choosing it. Room only had 3 pillows and no blanket. And only 2 thin towels. Shower drains slowly too but good water pressure.
