Great hotel- friendly, helpful staff, clean, well appointed, spacious and good breakfast with lots of options.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Amazing buffet breakfast. The hotel was thoroughly cleaned. The only problem I encountered was the pillows, which were uncomfortable.

We had a lovely stay , the staff and our bedroom were very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, again the staff were very nice and helpful. We did not swim because the pool was too small, I think this is not a swimming pool more like a large plunge pool. The dinner in the restaurant was disappointing, overpriced and the food was very poor. this i believe to be a very fair evaluation. we would stay here again for bed and breakfast but would not have dinner!

A beautiful facility, clean and contemporary, with comfortable, nicely appointed rooms. Friendly and professional staff. The hotel even has a small chapel for pilgrimage groups.

Great hotel next to Fatima Sanctuary. Very comfortable rooms. They also offered a buffet dinner at a very good price, and food was very good. Breakfast was also great

Exceeded my expectations really! Lovely hotel, great staff and check in process, so obrigada! My room was spacious, especially given it was a single. The only thing single was the bed! The facilties were excellent and the bathroom so nice. What I love the best about this place other than The perfect location, was that it had minor adaptations to allow equal access for all! I've not seen this alot on my travels and this hotel is excelling in it and perhaps leading the way in Fatima! Well done!!! (I've previously read someone complaining about this?!). Loved my stay there (3N) and highly recommended and will do to my friends and family! Such good value!

Everything is excellent , parking good , location the best, restaurant excellent

First of all, they put me in a room for the disabled. There was a ref that was unplugged inside the closet! Breakfast was not quality and nobody even ask for my room # and second day was worst because there was no set up of utensils on the table and yet too many staff talking to each other. I have a feeling, they are not very welcoming to Non Portuguese individual pilgrim? Also, the walls are all painted too white-feels like hospital...

I could never stay because they overbooked and gave my confirmed room to someone else. It took 2 hours for Expedia to find me another room nearby. Waste of time while traveling.

The breakfast is very good and so is the service and staff. Located just down the street from the castle and walking distance to the city and bus station. On the down side, the room and bathroom is small, but we found it comfortable
