Friendly employee. Rooms are clean, airy, good soundproof, spacious. However, when I book a room, I chose a double room with double bed. Yet, I received a room with 2 single beds, so there was a concave line in the middle, it was very uncomfortable because two people had to be completely deviated to one side on a single bed. Hopefully next time Zen will pay more attention to the choice of guests.
