The front service and room cleanliness are excellent. The room space is similar to other business hotels. Food nothing new. The front area has strange smell not what is! Average comfort for a short stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the quality of the breakfast was very poor. I wouldn't pay for it if I stayed again.

Overall very good.. It was close to the Train station, Restaurants on the other side Bigger room size than traditional Japanese business hotels Had washing machine inside the hotel I stayed there for 2 weeks with my family and had no issues at all.. Would like to see more options for breakfast. =D

Wi-Fiのスピードがおそかった。連泊の際のエコかもしれないがタオルを置くだけでなく、最低限の作業（ベッドの布団の伸ばし）があってもいいのではないか

駅前で便利です。

お風呂場の蔵持が雑で、前の利用者のものと思われる長い髪の毛が洗面台の下、ふろおけ回りに数本あった。1本でも気持ち悪い。あまり経験がない嫌な事象です。

ビジネスには。最適

熊谷駅から直ぐで便利で、綺麗なホテルでした。

隣の話し声というより、高笑いなどが気になった以外、問題は無かった。
