Lovely stay - apartment incredibly fresh and clean- modern bath and kitchen - was delighted to find a washing machine in the apartment, as well! Staff very kind and helpful!

Nice place with attractives surroundings and clean apartment. However, the customer service was underwhelming for a 5-star hotel. Staff seemed disinterested and really bad first impression with the front desk staff, which detracted from the overall experience.

We loved this property. Great location. Very close to everything. Staff had our small children’s bedding all set up. The ladies at breakfast were always so sweet with our children. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Favorite stay of the trip! Spacious, clean, large rooms. Front desk was excellent. The cafe in the morning was super cute and delicious.

Excellent amenities and staff!

This was simply wonderful. The historical background made this a unique stay. The two floor apartment, which included a washer, was very spacious, well-decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was really spacious with lots of hot water. The AC worked really well. The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of great options to choose from. It was also located in a great area where we were able to walk to a lot of the major sites and attractions.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Europe. The rooms are extremely spacious with modern amenities and luxurious bathrooms. The kitchen and washing machine were a real plus! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Porto. The location is perfect for seeing the town. Supurb!

The place was excellent and great location. Breakfast was wonderful and it was of the best highlights. We had to pay extra for our 3 kids but totally worth it!

An amazing place to stay to visit Porto. Could not be better located. The 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful, ample space and very well equipped if you went for longer than the 3 nights we did. The staff were brilliant too, could not fault it. Would be nice if there was a bar to relax in at the end of the evening but not a game changer.

Fabulous property. Apartment was huge and perfect for a family. Very good location. Hotel staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. Their recommendations were great, they made getting reservations for meals and a rental car incredibly easy. Five star service.
