This hotel is a bit like the Tardis: Bigger on the inside than it is outside. There is onsite free parking & lifts to the rooms which are warm & of adequate size. Staff were very friendly. I had had a 6 hour drive in bad weather to get there, so whilst my wife went to the San Pellegrino spa I stayed to rest and find somewhere to eat. I was under the impression that the hotel had no restaurant, so I walked up & down the town but only found only empty, gloomy bars & cafes. Despondent I returned to the hotel, only to discover they have a wonderful grand dining room with excellent menu, professional waiters & very reasonably priced wine list. The restaurant was initially hidden behind discrete, closed, unsigned doors. As the evening wore on the doors were flung open, the restaurant appeared and subsequently filled. This hotel gives a lot more than it's Hotels profile indicates. I enjoyed my stay and thoroughly recommend it. I only wish I had found the restaurant before my rain-soaked stroll around town.

The hotel is in a central position, near the Terme (spa). Check-in was straightforward, but the room we were given required using two lifts; one to the first floor then, after walking along a corridor, a second one to the third floor. The room was clean and spacious, with a view across the valley, but the curtains did not cut out much light. The bathroom was adequate but there was no light above the mirror, making shaving difficult. Breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection of sweet and savoury items. Gated parking area (free).

Buona struttura, personale alla reception gentile e preparato. Scadente l’ area colazione, sebbene l’ hotel abbia una pasticceria interna l’ ambiente sembra da colazione in autogril, tavoli non apparecchiati senza nemmeno una tovaglietta, peccato.

Struttura al centro e vicinissima alle terme. Ottima per chi approfitta di una pausa relax.

Complessivamente buono camere poco insonorizzate e un po’ datate, colazione eccellente, ambiente ottimo

Posizione ottima. Parcheggio interno gratuito. La camera standard è vecchiotta in tutto, non la consiglio. Reception eccellente, e servizio colazione anche.

Un hotel que guarda la arquitectura colonial, y su infraestructura es muy bonita

Consiglio questo Hotel! Brioches fresche e deliziose per colazione in quanto hanno il bar/pasticceria all’interno della loro struttura. Le Qc terme sono proprio dietro alla struttura, se si intende soggiornare qui e andare in spa. Davvero un esperienza da consigliare!

Struttura comodissima per andare alle qc terme, davvero vicino a pochi passi. Colazione buona, hall davvero carina che introduce direttamente al bar. Parcheggio disponibile attaccato alla Struttura. Unica pecca Struttura un po' attempata, mancanza di condizionatore nella camera classic e molte ragnatele intorno alla finestra. Tutto sommato un gradevole soggiorno.

Kleine enge Dusche...rest o.k.

très bon accueil, nous ne parlons pas bien italien et anglais, mais tout le personnel à fait de son mieux pour qu'on comprenne, le parking est très pratique et l'hôtel est très bien situé

Séjour pour allez aux termes, très agréable.

L hôtel est plutôt sympa , en cour de rénovation, le resto est excellent , le petit dej un peu bizarre , un peu l impression de ne pas etre prévu !
