Overall, the stay was alright but it did not function like a five star hotel due to too many inconsistencies. The housekeeping department all cleaned differently as well as the turn down service. On many occasions, things were missed/not done/ not replenished. It was not a huge deal but again, the expectation is for everything to be smooth which it wasn’t. Additionally, many times the room service food was just warm or barely warm- again, inconsistent. The gym was hot, we went two days in the row and both times gave feedback that it was too warm and no one came to check it out. Overall, most of the staff were lovely and pleasant but on a few occasions,we did have interaction with a few that felt like a bother or they didn’t even bother to look up that you were standing there. For the location, it was good and safe. Walkable distance to majority of the attractions.

Super fr go above and beyond for their guest clean smell good rooms a 5 star hotel very cla and art deco style ev is sooooo amazing high en up scale area stores like gucci Tiffany’s down stairs and blocks away very lively area u will not get bored plenty to do in that area great for tourism as well

I had a wonderful one night stay. Upon check in my husband mentioned it was my birthday. When we returned from our evening I came into balloon bouquet in my room. It was such a lovely surprise. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Ordered some coffee and pastries for breakfast and they arrived so quickly. Never spent much time in lobby just passed through so I am sure we missed some things. We were just passing through. Overall great stay!

My husband and I did a staycation for our 1 year wedding anniversary and chose to stay at the Conrad. Upon arrival check in was quick and easy. The receptionist was friendly and informed us of all the available dining options and local attractions. We dined at the restaurant in the hotel and then visited the rooftop bar. The views from the hotel are amazing. When we entered our room there was a bottle champagne on ice for us for our anniversary. The hotel room was nice, clean and well stocked. We were enjoying ourselves so much we ended not even leaving the hotel to explore the city.

Professional top notch service!! Security and front door is fully aware of the realities of the world as it relates to SAFETY! A key card is required to access room floors. Staff greets you every time you enter and exit. Staff makes it a priority to make you feel comfortable, secure, and welcome. Excellent!!! Only hotel we book for DC!!!
